Hey! That small picture in picture you did to show the size difference between the tv's was excellent! Would be great to have you use that when people are wondering about 75, 85, or the 100" options. Really good frame of reference.

Hello Brian and Jen. Thanks for the great video. I just got my 77 inch A95L and used your video to guide me on unboxing and setup. I too noticed that the screws on one of the feet seemed like they didn’t screw in all the way but it didn’t matter since I wall mounted it. Also, my screen was pristine. No scuffs, scratches or stains. It’s perfect! Just thought I’d let you and your followers know. I’m super happy with this tv. Thanks again, S.

4:24 Where you talk about the "film" around the edges of the screen. I'm on my 2nd panel with this problem and it seems like it's how the styrofoam packaging is pushing the wrap into the screen. The center of the panel doesn't have this. Were you able to get it off? Does it impact your viewing? Seems like an annoying problem for this price when the likely answer is use a better screen protector peel from the start.

What did you mean you couldnt "dim" the samsung s95c? Are you talking about HDR content? Should have tried the energy optimization settings to dim the tv in HDR without totally destroying the PQ. Also how are you not running into the issue of the Sony being too bright? If I'm not mistaken it's just as bright if not brighter than the Samsung S95C.

Im looking at the A95L 65" to replace a 50" Pioneer PDP-5070HD plasma display I purchased in 2005, thats 18 years old, I always thought the picture on that tv was great so I kept it for all those years till it just stopped working this year, you said when upgrading do size first then quality, guess I would be doing both with a A95L, my question is, you can get an 77" a80L for a little cheaper than the A95L, do you think it would be more beneficial to get the larger size, or the better quality?, im sure any newer tv would be an upgrade from the pioneer panel it would be replacing.

Great report! I've been waiting for this one for a long time. Suggestion: Maybe go into a bit more detail on the soundbar... which Sony sub do you have? I've seen a lot of Pro's & Cons on this 7000 soundbar... wondering what the other top bars might provide and what the comparison might be like. It would be cool if you did a video on 3 or 4 of the top sound bars and contrasted features and sound. Merry Christmas!

More than the Dolby vision issues, this bother me the most. I have the most up to date software. I think it’s fine in normal viewing but streaming movies makes it laggy. Does anyone else notice this? Also, settings wise I turn off the led indicator but the tv for some reason will always turn it back on after I had turned it on and off with the power button…anyone else experiencing these issues? @sricharanpusala2469 happy new years. Maybe reset it. It's unlikely "damaged" but I don't see delays in response on A95L

@@BTheInstaller the reset did it! Looking good now! I think there’s still mild lag when content is playing from any streaming service and I’m trying to navigate through the quick settings or actually correcting the color settings while it’s playing but if the video is paused it’s snappy. Thank you again!

It’s worth the money because it’s a Sony and you invest in those as keeper tv for few years..I placed my order for one but went qn900c 8k tv mostly because of the position of the tv to a large window,,and the Denon avr8500ha upscale everything to 8k 75inch ,,,I played with both in store and got a fantastic picture on both to my eye …the 8k has a self calibration app that gets a good all round setting .. growing to enjoy this fellers channel more and more Jen adds a certain amount of watch ability 😂😂😂😂😂😂

The qn900c is absolutely not worth it. I always do side by side demos with a x90k on streaming and customers who are not enthusiast can tell the last year mid range Sony beats it.

A95L is best TV of 2023. If you haven't gotten it yet, wait till the new 2024 LG G4 comes out March 11th. The G4 is gonna crush this A95L and is still gonna be cheaper too! The G4 is easily going to be the best TV of 2024!

I use cinema. Also remember there are brightness settings... professional starts with luminance "off" and should be at high. Cinema, high luminance, motion smoothness at 1, clearness min.. you can add live color if desired I think it looks great and definitely all the Ambient and power savings off

I'm fairly price minded that being said I would gladly pay a premium if I can have a mind blowing experience. I unfortunately do not pick up on the subtle difference between some of these TV's with my eyes weather its slightly brighter slightly more accurate blah blah blah. I look at these TV's side by side at bestbuy and if I can barely tell the difference in picture then I look at price because value means more then an updated TV or brand name

Lovely review and I hope you love it as I think you will. But it’s just too darn expensive. I’m limited to 55” and at £2999 UK as opposed to LG’s G3 at £1700, it’s a no brainer for me. It’s a shame but is it really over £1000 better than a G3? I’m afraid it isn’t. And Samsung’s dogmatic approach refusing to have Dolby Vision disqualifies it from my consideration, despite DV’s issues. Keep ‘em coming though.
