@ZxAMobile

@@David-R. No, more like 99.99% of them. In terms of calisthenics probably all of them, at least in pull-ups. For anybody, wanting to compare this guy’s performance to other world level athletes, go watch Anatoly the power lifter videos. Watch how incredible he is at pull ups, but he can’t even come close to this guy - look at how much more effortlessly this guy does muscle ups and glides around the pull up bar compared to Anatoly. Anatoly is in his 20s, set some world records for powerlifting, and is insane in calisthenics/ power-to-weight ratio. Also he’s most likely on steroids since he broke some records… So top world record breaking athlete on steroids, vs guy in his 70s and can’t keep up? Yeah this guy can’t be compared to a 20 year old, this guy is like some thing I’ve never even remotely seen before. It doesn’t even make sense how fit this guy is. If he lived till 115 I wouldn’t be surprised lol.

@emstar421 Each person is different for sure. I can appreciate your optimism👍🏾But after having To take a break after a very serious life changing health challenge and surgery and a long agonizing recovery, my body was never the same. I was not able to work out like I used to. Still have limitations. So results are not the same. At least not like I would like. But hey, we are our own worst critics. So personally it did turn to mush, but over time it's gotten better. Not 100% but as long as I do my best and try each day, progress rather than perfection.🙏🏾

That’s what John Travolta said. He said he could not sustain that body he had in the movie “Saturday Night Fever “ because it took too much work to keep a body like that. As soon as he stopped the exercises he did for that part, his body went back to its former shape.

They had me start with just toes touching, ab wheel all the way out and I pulled up just like he does. Piece of cake. 25 years later, I tried an ab wheel again. 4 times from my knees and I was laid up with sore back for 2 weeks... Now, at 73, I can do it the "right" way again working towards his way...

Piece of cake. 25 years later, I tried an ab wheel again. 4 times from my knees and I was laid up with sore back for 2 weeks...
