Great video Jenni, I didn’t realise hair dryer stands existed, as someone with ME CFS this is going to be a life saver 😍
I'm actually organizing my medicine (Spina Bifida and Chiari Malformation, depression, anxiety) while watching this

Jenni Pettican thanks, it's the first time in like a month I've organized them.
Hi! Loved this video, it was extremely relatable 😂 I'm from England & just started making videos about POTS (& IST) too! It's still early days for me so I am not completely diagnosed yet (so maybe I have EDS, I'm still awaiting review 😴) but it's so nice to feel less alone 😊 I look forward to seeing your future videos!

Thank you so much x Spoons & Love x
I have not long been diagnosed with Heds and it was really interesting to here that you were vegetarian and then cut out dairy that’s exactly what I had done but my stomach has been hurting and playing up really badly lately. Please could you give me an example of food you avoid x
I was diagnosed with pots by a cardiologist and my rhumotlogestI went to a specialist and he said oh you don't faint, your fine you don't have pots

A POTS specialist you don't have pots because you don't faint?! There is nothing in POTS diagnostic criteria meaning you have to faint. Many people do because of the affect of a tachycardia and low blood pressure. Did they do a tilt table test when they diagnosed you? I'd print off the POTS UK website pages and show them at your next appointment. Keep Fighting Mackenzie xxx Spoons & Love x

I live in the us and I did a stress test and they were like wow we have to send you to a specialist because we don't have a tilt table here, so the pots doctor told me, well u would have to wait 6 mounts it doesn't seem nessasary you just have low blood volume here are salt tablets your fine I was so upset because I have every other symptom

That's so ridiculous! I know how hard it is to fight against Doctors, I was very unwell for a long time before I started getting answers. They told me it was anxiety and all in my head. Keep strong, keep fighting, you'll get there in the end xxx Salt tablets should hopefully help a little too x

Aw Thank you x
Salt makes me feel better overall but it increases my heart palpitations so I don’t know if I should avoid salt or not.

Definitely talk to your doctors but salt mainly incrases blood pressure so yours must be low for this to help x

Chronically Jenni, I do indeed have low blood pressure.
Can we go back to the hair dryer. How did you rig that up?

Hi Sketch, It's just a stand which I bought from amazon. I can find you a link to something similar if you'd find that helpful. :) x
