What's in my bag? Spoonie Edition

What's in my bag was one of the first videos I did on youtube so I thought it was time for an update! Watch to find out what's in my handbag and my rucksack when I go out during the day whether it's popping to the shops or out for a longer adventure. I share some things any woman in their mid 20s may carry around but also what I carry to help me live with my chronic illnesses, hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome ( EDS ) and Postural orhtostatic tachycardia syndrome ( POTS ).

Love your videos, Jenni, they make me feel less alone as a young person with similar symptoms and conditions💕

I love my Tile. I have the app on my phone, one in my wallet and one on my keys. They are great for when I set them down and can't find them!

Thank you for making videos. I have recently (this year) started trying to figure out my chronic pain and other symptoms. I have felt so weird being young and in so much pain. Your videos make me feel so much better and help me find helpful resources. Pretty much I am trying to say, I appreciate you and all the work you have done.

I have a chipolo on my keys and that works well for me! Same kinda thing as a tile but never had a problem with reliability 😊 Great video! I like the idea of the cards because I swear my mind goes blank when I try to explain what my issues are especially my anxiety and asthma because it’s hard to verbalise things when I’m having an anxiety attack and having one usually triggers my asthma which is what draws peoples attention 🙈

Great video, thanks Jenni! My bag is pretty much the same, but I always have either a book or my e-reader because I refuse to be more than a metre from a book at any time 📚 xx

My tile is an absolute lifesaver! With my brain fog I am constantly losing things. I would honestly recommend trying again. Maybe reach out to the company and see if there are tips or if your tile is faulty. 🤷

Love this!! Do you mind me asking which medications you're on? I'm doing Metoprolol, Florinef, and Midodrine, and I feel like I've finally found a good med balance :)

For my POTS, I take Guanfacine at night (acts somewhat similarly to your beta blocker), and I take Pyridostigmine during the day since it treats both POTS and gastroparesis while also reducing fatigue.

Thanks for making this video! I’m searching for some good hip support shorts (for rolling hip pain) and was wondering what brand you use. I looked on your Amazon list but didn’t see them there. Thanks in advance!

Hey, I have chronic fatigue, and I'm finding in my flare ups I can't walk very well, I've started waddling and I wondered what you mean't by 'your hips going.' Wonder if that is something similar x

Hey I know this is an old comment but I have started carrying around a walking stick that folds up and is super light weight. Very handy to have when I’m struggling with fatigue and vertigo
