I’d love for you to dress all these things you recommending to us where the statistical proof that any of these processes will land us in a long-term relationship that will be successful once we heal completely because my research shows that the only way to heal is to get out there and actually get into relationships and be working with somebody a therapist or someone and in your relationship which takes another person that is working on themselves and open to realize that we’re all human and we make mistakes and us are growing, so we can be better people for our partners and for ourselves! I’d love to see the research on these books showing outcomes. please post studies or anything underneath your info thanks in advance as I’m studying relationships and how to make them epic

They warned us as kids about pollution and we have sick healthcare, the big pharma wants you on unsuccessful meds. They prolong life. I hope AI makes a difference figuring out stuff. My thoughts on the conversation: she took a break from him in April - if I did that, i would make more of an effort to assure them I was still definitely interested & i would have called in April. And no way would i text saying well i guess dinner is off (too passive aggressive) - i would have picked up the phone & had a discussion re time & place. As to the mediocre sx i would have a nice convo re being middle aged & sx. He sounds like he thinks she's not interested. If someone repeatedly let me down, then i would assume they've lost interest and just move on. Given the unclear situation the caller was in & the length of time dating, I'd organise a face-to-face. And BTW that just audio was way easier than all your usual ladies who can't even set up a camera properly. She had a good clear voice too. Plus, you might get more callers if it's just audio.

I think that most people (both women and men) are lazy. They don't want to put any effort into getting to know another person. They think (and even more, expect) that the other person will just be "swept away" with their looks and that the great fairytale love story will happen just like that. Also, I believe that most people are selfish and when they are getting to know another person, they always come from their own needs and desires - how they will be satisfied, disregarding the other human being. And if we are honest to ourselves, we will recognize this inside us and start working on ourselves first and foremost.

Do you spend time with them? If he has kids. Have you met his parents? If he is not including you in his life and if the two of you are just living in a bubble of the two of you together all the time then this is not real. Doooooont take a divorced man. They are VERY jaded and they will not treat you right. He's just going after you bc he thinks you are easier to manipulate and control bc of your age. TRUST ME!!!! I know from experience. A lot of these divorced men are just saying whatever to bond with you but he's just interested in young , easy -to-manipulate women.

I hate that saying, when you point a finger you have 3 pointing back at you. It sounds like such a saying for kids. I think it is stupid and doesn’t really apply. If I am pointing out something about a person I am usually right. And I know my own downfalls but I am a good person and there is not much to say bad about me. I am too old to be a shitty person.

It is a bit of a cliché and you're right there are times metaphorical finger pointing may not be appropriate. Though I think J uses it as he's sick of people (women) criticising and whining too much when they have big flaws themselves. I'm tired of the expression as it's just a lazy generalisation and euphism to avoid saying: "take a look at yourself & see what you can change re you, instead of focusing on criticising others so much".

Friends - HIRE a good photographer to take headshots. The bad weird cropped photos or making faces ie ducklips is all an attempt to look like something you arent. Many professionals need quality headshots lol not just actors in LA - so you will look mikes ahead of all others.

I really like your channel, but can you please refrain from using the B word... as in Resting B Face...? I get that is a term used all the time, but it hits different hearing it as an actual woman. What's the negative of just NOT saying it and to err on the side that you support and honor women (which I can tell you do) in all ways. I know this is a minor thing.. but just wanted to mention it. Please and thank you.

You pulling these faces is just too funny. One caveat, from watching about half of your interview with your friend, Christine. Try to be a little more forgiving about profiles and stop making these silly rules, like the 25 mile dating distance rule. Everyone is just winging it, best they can, nobody's perfect, least of all me. It's all too much analysis for me, and it takes the adventure out of meeting people.

@@JonathonAslay Making certain rules up is rigid. And it creates impossible expectations. You are really harsh when it come to profiles and messaging. Why should someone write a deep message to someone who might not answer? Lighten up.
