If contract employee sign then 14 day later you realise the attendance through company give you salary and your attendence will not attend by the manager so should do at that situation.

Sir meri company main growth jada usi ki hai jo employee reporting manager k liye chai lekar aata hai. Or jo nahi aisa nahi karta use baat baat par job chordne k liye bola jata hai or manager khud unka resignation karwata hai.... Aise main kya karna chahiye.

Hello sir mai ek government hospital me nurse hu. Salary achhi hai aur time pe hai. But mai bar bar bimar hoti hu aur weight loss bhi jada hua hai. Aur meri hafte me 2 bar night shift rahti hai. Isse meri tabyet aur bighad rhi hai. Mai job quit krne ka soch rhi hu. Please muze reply dijiye mai sahi kr rhi hu ya galat

If salary is good enough and your priority is money then don't leave and if you are getting better salary or nearby current salary with less efforts then leave the job.

Hello Uploader , I am actually in a situation unable to decide what should I do. And i see you have mentioned both situation. I work in TCS. My office folks are actually not very respectful, i can clearly see the culture is toxic , also i can clearly see that i wont grow in the project that i am in, money is also less compared to market standards. Only advantage is I work from home and dont have to travel to office. Which help me having good sleep and health is maintained. There is pros and cons to my situation. If I continue, in long term my health will be fine but regrets will continue for the jobs that i am in . What should I do , need comments P.S : my office is pretty far , takes around 2 hours to travel from home and i stay in hot place.
