My cat saves me everyday from my depression and anixety and I saved her from being put down. We saved each other and that's pure love. I couldn't imagine my life without her.

@@marukidefender It does depend on the cat, my parents have a cat that will roll on his back and spread his legs begging for belly rubs, he LOVES them and will lie there forever if you keep going. I've found male cats are more likely to enjoy bely rubs, but female cats not so much, might have to do with nursing kittens perhaps.

SevCaswell we had an old male cat who loved his belly rubs. after he passed we got a 2 and half year old male and he does not want anyone touching his belly lol. Our female is indifferent. I think every cat is different

One of the most important things you forgot. Let me correct myself. THE most important thing. If cats clean themselves while near you, that pretty much is the ultimate sign of trust. Cats will only clean themselves when they are 100% confident in their environment and the beings they are with. If they do it while on you lap or in your arm, forget everything else. There is no way a cat can show you more love and trust than by doing that.

I got my cat (an 11 year old grandma) from a shelter about a year ago. The social distancing and constant home office has been really good for our relationship. She has become a lot happier and a lot more trusting. Comes to show that spending time with your pet is so important.

Our cat followed us home almost 5 years ago. It took him a good year to trust us and come into our home. He now displays all of the above traits. Patience and consistency are key.

I was taught that the mouse or bird present-leaving is the saying “look, aren’t you proud of me?”

While I was watching this my cat was sleeping next to me.

My cat Maui adopted me about a year and a half ago. Now she's my bestest friend in the whole world ❤️.It took a long time for her to trust me. But among other things she does let me run her belly AND blow raspberries on it. When we go to bed she lays on my chest and just before she falls asleep she reaches up to my face and very gently touches my cheeks. She has a beautiful Spirit.

Being a Mom to 5 furbabies...I never sit alone or sleep alone! 😻😻😻😻😻. Mine do all these things....I have a beautiful, trusting fur family. But there are times I would like to be alone... hehehe.... always holding my books up higher than a kitty, or my IPad.... and now I can’t fall asleep unless 3 are on me purring! I guess that is like always having a fan running... their purring is relaxing !

Helen c every cat is different. I have a male who follows us around everywhere and as soon as we sit down he’s on us. Our female is a bit more independent but she still will come lay down on a bed beside or sit on our laps occasionally. But it all depends on the cat’s personality and how they’re raised

Awww! My stray kitty, an old Marmalade who was here 4 years ago when I moved in, rubs against my legs when I let him in the house, and butts me with his head when I give him his food-it's his way of saying "thank you". He doesn't lay in my lap, but I pet him a little and let him sleep in the house when it's cold. He also likes to be in the same room with me in the house, although if he's really tired he just sleeps in whatever chair he wants to sleep in.

Sounds like my little buff boy. He must of belonged to somebody. He just showed up one day. I live down a 2 1/2 mile dead end 6 miles from town. He is so well mannered and extra sweet and intelligent. I only let him in when its cold out too. One of my girl cats doesn't like him, he's twice their size and I have problems with him spraying even though his ear is clipped. All my animals are fixed. He would be perfect if he didn't spray. Sometimes the spray stinks but most of the time it doesn't but who wants to take that chance. He's my Tangerine Dream.

I just recused a lil kitten. My son's girlfriend brought her here and I was too house her temporarily. Well I immediately fell in love with her. She loves me too. She sleeps on me. Our ex stray Bengal Cross Kara loves to jump on laps and knead or our coats/clothes/blankets/duvets etc. She is extremely vocal when we enter a room or she enters a room giving a churrip or a meow to say hello. Kara also loves to knead our standard Labradoodle Bella who is like a huge sheepskin rug, Kara likes to head bump Bella on her snout or her head which is hilarious as Bella's head is bigger than Kara when she is curled in a ball. Side note Bella was over 6 years old when Kara walked into our house from living on the streets/housing estate where we live. So neither Bella or Kara had lived with another dog or cat. They are best friends and partners in crime 🌟

I have two fur babies and they are so loving! Selena keeps Following me everywhere and kneads, sits and sleeps on me whenever she can! It’s such a joy and blessing to receive their love 😻😻

I've just started volunteering at a local animal rescue and, yesterday, i got to spend time with a very loving, affectionate cat that is also VERY heavily pregnant. She was initially quite skittish and weary of me, but then I sat down and let her investigate me. As soon as she realised that I am her friend, she rubbed against me, sat next to me and exposed her belly to me. Hands down one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had! ❤

Cats are so relaxing when they purr.

My one cat had kittens. Every time I go down for a nap, she tries to bring her kittens under the blanket with me. What does that mean besides that she trusts me? Does that mean she wants me to babysit? lol

To a degree yes. The cat sees you both as a walking radiator and a terminator robot. If anything tried to harm her kittens she would fight tooth and claw to protect them, but it never hurts to have some backup just in case :)

when i was a kid, we had a couple of cats; the last one died in 2004 :/. the cat which died in 2004, she used to sleep around my head on my pillow every night, no matter where i slept. and a quite often, she jump to sleep on me, when i watching tv on soffa, so i want to think she trusted me.

There's a stray cat who trusts me very much as when it was pregnant I gave it food.He is in my house happily sleeping

I recently encountered a young male black cat (feral) which approached me (tail raised), rubbed against my legs and proceeded to sit at my feet. The animal was very perceptive and believed I would do it no harm. By its body language, I interpret this to mean it saw me as a guardian or even protector. A short time later, it laid on its side and I noticed that it was flexing its front paws.

I found that cats really like massages.

I love all animals but cats are by far my favorite! I love cuddles, nibbles (that actually really hurt but I know he’s playing), I love it when he sniffs my lips and face then licks me, I love my cat Marvin. I love my dog Rosie to of course I do. But I don’t like being followed around everywhere. But my cat Marvin knows what space means.

My kitten follows me everywhere in the house, from the day I brought him home. Lays om my chest, on my shoulder, purrs a lot, crys if I don't pick him up, so so cute. So layed back. I guess you would expect that from a mixed between ragdoll and Persian English long hair. He is white and beautiful natured. He would be so great with someone suffering from anxiety or depression.

My baby girl Mia’s does all of these! She’s a 4 year old Tabby and rag doll cross. Such a sweet girl. I’ve had her almost a year now. It’ll be a year in August 7

My mom told me my oldest cat used to bring my parents cockroaches and mice before I was born, I asked my dad and he said it was true.

My cat usually lies on my lap on the couch when I watch television. He also lays on my arm when I'm in bed he rubs against me sometimes He usually brings me big mice although sometimes they are half eaten lol He usually rolls on the ground and he allows me to rub the top half of his belly He does knead me when I'm laying down He usually perks up (does a trill and purrs) and his tail goes up and curves a little I've known him for 3 years. He's four years old and I love him with all my heart

My cats name is silver. She always shows me her belly and brings me dead animals 😂

I can do any thing to my cat, I feel he loves me a lot, he watches me in Bath lays on bed with me, let's me belly Rub him. Nibbles my fingers and purrs. And he blinks and head butts me. I think we had a special bond.

The kittens are so cute.

My wife and I have 7 indoor/outdoor cats. They love to sit on our laps or just next to us. Once, I woke up in the middle of the night and found four of them cuddled up to me.

Life has been tough for my cat, Jinx, as we've been getting lots of intact males passign through and trying to use the house as a feed station and rest area. Jinx is spayed, so they're not here for her, but she gets very very territorial and there are regular fights. She has been so wound up but today I managed to get her to lie on my stomach and she finally relaxed enough to sleep for more than a few minutes, and didn't startle to all the minor sounds, like birds or my neighbours moving garden funiture.

SevCaswell,I had a solid black male cat named Jynx a long time ago. He came to us on the 4th of July over twenty years ago. We think he got startled by the fireworks and ran away from his home then ended up in our back yard that evening. He started hanging out with us so we began feeding him. 😌We thought Jynx was a female until we took him to the vet. The doc checked him out and told us that he had been neutered. Jynx was a real sweet cat!

I just got a new cat 2 days ago, shes around 6 and was around other vicious cats that seemed to chase her. She's skidish with her environment but loves all kinda of pets and has already rubbed all over my fiance and myself and has shown us her belly on multiple occasions and loves to have her belly rubbed. its nice to have reassurance that she's feeling safe with us

I love cat videos. I love my cat to death. I'm really fortunate. He does all the things in this video and more. Hell raise up his head and give me a kiss on my lip, he's always head butting and cramming himself under my neck, he gives me soft love bites. He follows me everywhere. I'm not sure about this one or what to do about it, but he follows me in the bathroom, and has a tendency to lay on my lap while I'm doing my thing! Then he crawls in the sink and gets comfortable. I love my cat and I truly know he loves me!

It was hard because the car was full of stuff and it was difficult to find a comfortable position, but I finally got her arranged so her head was lying on my shoulder. She trusted me so much, she settled down and went to sleep.

They follow me everywhere and rub everything i own

I found this lost kitty in the alley way behind my apartment that would come up to my back porch area and meow at me. I finally managed to get him to trust me and took him in, please don't judge me but I named him Indica lol. He's really cool and chill, he likes Tuna and I've been feeding him chicken cat food. I'm going to get some salmon treats or salmon cat food for him sometime and see how he likes that. He's so fluffy and he has helped me with my depression. I'm glad he chose me to be his family!

When I get home from school, my cat Sammy is always lying on my bed to see me. I know it's weird, but I love when I'm climbing on my loft bed, just to see a furry little tail in my face! 🐈🐾🐾

i adopted a street cat who was almost dead she was lying in the bushes near my house under the ticks she had pieces of fur that were gone she was very skinny and now she is a healthy sweet cat with a good life

I held my cat since she was only a week old after having her saved from dying in a gas station parking lot. Now she hates everybody int he house except for me mom. I'm just glad I have a pug that loves me rn.

My cat Sophie loves to spend time with me. She would sit next to me on my bedand whenever I'm not there she would lay on my bed. She rubs on anything I own but she doesn't give me a dead mouse but my old cat did in the past when I was 12. Sophie was originally my sister's cat she is like my best friend and gives me support.

The only time one of my cats follow me is when I bring out the treatsI give the treats to them first and then I give them to the others and they follow me 😂 😆

A stray cat I named Coral let’s me rub her on her belly and she rubs against me even though I don’t have a pet she makes me feel like I do I love her so much ❤️

My cat always wants to be with me

My cat loves me soo much he trusts me bc he is laying on me and napping all the time when I get home from school and he purrs too the bad thing about that is that he is a miancoon so he is really hairy and heavy but he’s soo cute

My cat (now passed away) trusted me so much that when he had a wound on his neck from a fight he was standing on the dining table and I grasped him by his head, turned his head to the side to gain access to the wound, then poured hydrogen peroxide on his neck, allowed it to bubble for one full minute, then blotted the area with a paper towel. I then repeated the procedure with more hydrogen peroxide and another full minute of bubbling on his wound and blotting dry with the paper towel. And yet a third time with the hydrogen peroxide etc. During this entire time I Never let go of my grip on his head. He NEVER once tried to pull away or use his paw to push my hand away as some cats certainly would do. Nor did he growl or hiss or panic or anything. He just stood there and calmly allowed me to treat his wound. He trusted me very much. He also slept on my pillow Every night and enjoyed being held and kissed and fussed over every day. Unfortunately he developed the urinary system blockage that some males get and was euthanized at age 4, it was very unfair!!

Y'all's cats are so nice, mine just bully's me. She always puts her ass on my face, steps all over my face, Bites the hell outta me and never leaves me alone. i still love her tho:)

My Kitty always follow and opens the bathroom door when I forget to close it sometime stupid door doesn’t close sometime! And when I sit on my legs she always jumps on my back and sleeps witch is hard to move tho.

I had a cat that would hop on my lap every day after I come home from school. Another cat I had, snuggled up to me when I had the flu, showing concern.

I blew it with yet another cat. We have A LOT of stray cats and I can only take in so many. One of them likes to jump in my lap and claw me while I sit for a long time. He hangs with me for as long as he can, but I could swear I saw him run off with a smile. Lol

I’m gonna get a cat soon my dad say yes I’m so happy🥰😛
