One super interesting detail I noticed in a later playthrough is that after defeating Pieta and while she's reforming, one can hear the cawing of crows in the background. There were hints all along of what she really was and I love it. I wonder why Adyr seems to hold a grudge against Menasilde specifically of all the Gods though.

Now it makes more sense, why Hushed Saint armor set is lacking helmet, as Latimer lost his head a long ago. Thank you for video!

I might have an answer as to why Cleric has two hands during the boss fight; rather than an illusion, I believe it is down to exposure to Rhogar energy, which seems to endow some people with regenerative abilities. An example of that is King Bramis, who is able to regenerate an entire arm.

Great insight, as well as your comment about the intro scene! It seems the more we delve into this great game the more interesting, hidden detail we find. Appreciate it

@@TheLorebrarians Absolutely! It's my pleasure to help out with whatever discoveries I make. And I believe there is still much more to discover, which is incredible. The misdirections everywhere are rather fitting for a story about embracing dogma. It is really interesting that the players themselves actually embrace the dogma of the gods too, seeking ways to absolve them and paint them and their actions in a favorable light. Thanks for all your hard work. It’s rather superhuman.

I would like to know more about the lightreaper. I'm pretty sure he has an unique personality and i wish that he could be out ally if we sided with Adyr.

So glad you enjoyed and thank you for the suggestion! Might be worth exploring a compilation of minor characters who have small arcs but are still compelling

A little theory I have right now is that the first of the beasts and Adyr might be one and the same; just as cold and frost symbolize death and decay and are manifestations of the putrid mother, fire and warmth often symbolize life, with Adyr being the patron deity of fire and the only god we know who is confirmed to have created alive creatures with souls. The appearance of one item, the ring of the first of the beasts, is particularly peculiar, as the image it bears has a strong resemblance to the symbol of Adyr.
