I almost wrote you an email the other day saying how much you sound like an SFBT + CBT + ACT therapist. This proves the SFBT beyond any shadow of doubt! I think I have a peculiar relationship with #5. I would describe myself as an expert at figuring things out once I have the puzzle pieces to a problem... but I am absolutely terrible at finding the puzzle pieces. It naturally follows that my #6 is.. pretty bad >.
