You KNOW you are capable of more. Let me know - what are you committing to going ALL IN on?
Picking my kid up from school analogy just changed my entire perspective on showing up for myself. I'm going all in on my KZread channel

Yeah that analogy is pretty powerful.
3 years ago I was working like a slave, feeling burnt out and stuck. Then I made a choice and went all in on something that I thought would change my life and sure enough, I was able to pull myself out of the rut I was in and am now financially free, working for myself on my time and feeling 1000x happier.

Congratulations Ken! That's truly incredible. Working for yourself is one of the greatest joys - I also found that my sense of fulfilment in life increased drastically when I went full time in my business. So awesome to hear!
I'm going all in on becoming my best self and building a career that helps others do the same!

I just stumbled across this video and let me tell you I can't be more grateful that I did. The picking kid up analogy and rolling the dice example just hit it hard. I have been slacking on my KZread channel and I am going to finally go all in. Very very helpful video. I just subscribed and can't wait for more such content from you ♥

Wow, I really appreciate your detailed feedback, thank you! 🤩
Heh, #1 has a problem for me already. I used to be able to feel motivation but I don't like I used to. When I attempt to answer the "why" and what my future self would feel like I just don't care like I used to. I've even tried looking at myself through models like the 4M's of motivation (Tai Lopez) and I just don't have it anymore. My motivation feels like its on burnout. My life is kind of like an airplane that the engines have stopped but is still flying out of laws of inertia.

Dang, you have a reply to every single message. You really do commit and go all in :p Since you'll probably reply to this too.. *wave*

@@michellevi4919 Hehe yes I do reply to every message! At least, until there are too many to respond to. Honestly, it sounds like it's not just your motivation that is on burnout, possibly you're just burnt out completely! It's hard to go ALL IN when you don't have any energy for it. What would get your energy back?
@michellevi4919

@@SarahArnoldHall Not sure. I had two primary sources of motivation before, which were either altruistic or relationship-oriented. I also went through some health problems for a few years which may have triggered some learned helplessness if you're familiar with that term. I think the focal issue is really the altruism part though, and feeling unnecessary. That's a combination of "the world will be fine without me" and an awareness that my goals were like trying to move mountains. Outside of that, I honestly can't say that I'm not just bored and unexcited about my life. I attempted to answer your question right after watching your video the first time with a solution-focused mindset and I think spending time with friends brings me out of that for a little while, but as for a long term solution I really just don't know :)
I came across this video and I already feel like going to the mall and rolling dice over and over!!! 🏹💌🪞Thank you for the great energy you put into this video. 💫

Such great awareness, Lukas! What if the only thing holding you back from starting is that you're telling yourself you have no idea where to start? What if instead you tried on the thought "I know EXACTLY where to start." What would be the very first, imperfect step?

@SarahArnoldHall see that's what I don't know. I want to start a business but I can't figure out what my interests are in life and I don't wanna make a business about something I'm not passionate about

@@lukasfox1745 I LOVE that you have the clarity that you want to start a business. Instead of needing to know your exact interests or passions, what would FUN to get paid to do? If you don't want to share here, email me at sarah@saraharnoldhall.com and we can dive deeper into it via email :)

@SarahArnoldHall I don't mind sharing. I honestly can't think of what would be fun to do to earn money but I like framing it that way. I just don't know my own interests well enough.
@SarahArnoldHall

@@lukasfox1745 Okay so you've got two options: 1. Spend the next few months or years finding out your interests, waiting before you start a business. 2. Pick something - anything - to start a business on WHILE you figure out what your interests are. By starting now, you'll learn exactly how to grow a business, so that when you DO find the thing you love to do, you can hit the ground running with all that business experience. Neither is right or wrong. It's just that one makes you money while you find your passion, the other doesn't. What are your thoughts?
