This is beautiful accountability. When I record videos I can start rambling and getting wordy, and I wish I could be more concise and precise, sometimes i would go off into tangents because i can find things to say that correlate

Gonna be practicing this with you ❤ I worry so much. I know that ages you faster than anything and also causes health issues. I’m practicing daily to just stop worrying so much and take life each day as it comes. Accepting I can’t control the world outside of me only the world I entertain within 🧘🏽‍♀️
