    Hansaji are these exercises fine to do if you have cyctocele.. bladder wall Prolapse. If not, any particular exercises for prolapse.

    Hansa maa, I hv a career related query .... I have 3 major goals.... should I give time to each 3 everyday (or) try to achieve the most imp. and primary one first then do others..... I mean, I can manage all 3 at a time even if it's a bit hectic ( interesting too) but, I want the best way to get the best outcome...
