very informative.. but every time the instruction says right side, the video shows the person doing on the left and vice versa.. even at the end the instruction is to turn to the right and get up from shavasana but the video shows the person turning to her left and getting up..

It should 3-4 hrs after a heavy meal and 30 mins to 1 hrs after snacks

Listening to music will distract the mind from going inwards. So observing breath is the best option. But if your mind is too agitated then using classical music before starting the practice might help you to get grounded and start the practice.
