The water bottle tip is so true. Being hydrated can fix so many health issues. It’s harder to self actualize when your body doesn’t feel good. And water bottles make it so much easier to stay hydrated throughout the day. Life hack! Daydreaming is also so important. We need time to reflect, think, dream, or else we’ll get swept up in a life we didn’t actively choose. Great video!
The image package has been enormously helpful. I am printing them off in color in legal size / landscape with small margins. Every day (rotating weekly since February) I focus on a single image as part of my personal miracle morning routine.
Murmuration. It is a word that describes the way a flock of starlings moves together. Like you here in Fabulous, they focus on tiny steps, not the big ones. Each bird only pays attention to its neighbor and the one after that. Your attention can remain upon what you need to do next. Your entire being will follow suit. It is only the next few steps on your walk, not the next mile. And only the next pound to gain or lose, not your goal weight. Each action will fortify you, and your murmuration will become its own mesmerizing dance.
Good one.. I am going to order a new water bottle and planner.. every time I get a new one, I drink much more water.. well, I’m acting on something, which is better than nothing.. Thanks for the good content..

It's 80% diet. If you don't stop snacking or eating after 6:00 p.m. you won't lose any weight.

@@JSFGuy Its even more complex than that, if you are overweight and dealing health problems not even a diet change will fix this. Dr. Mike Hansen (search for him on KZread) explains this in a number of video, In short obesity comes from a complex problem that relates to insuline resistance (niet diabetes exactly) and can lead permanent changes to your metabolic system, including how the brain works (the hippocampus to be exact) and feeling of being full is distorted, that's why those people can't stop eating. Food manufacturers have lied about this for years! Simple sugars are additive, and fat doesn't make you fat (although not all fats are healthy either, transfats are the worst) and moving your body (like Coca-Cola wanted us to believe; Obesity and corporate greed | DW Documentary) is only a part of the solution.

@@sebastiaanstok Right, it's not for me, the day I stop snacking and eating after 6:00 I started burning fat overnight lost 12 lb in 10 days. It's free and it is primarily related to diet. Anyway you start with the simple free things.

Apparently my children thought the flag on the mailbox was for decorative purposes. It took awhile to get them to understand that cursive is not another language and when you do mail a letter, the recipient will not have it the next morning. I will say, they are much faster at digital devices. They are all done sending a text and I am still squinting at the screen looking for the right icon. 🤓
I must interject about sipping water, sipping water will leave you dehydrated as the body is less aware of quantities than it’s aware of drinks per day. Larger the hole the more we drink, it helps so much guys👍

I slug my water. Usually can down a liter over the course of a few minutes. Helps get past the lack of taste of most water.
