I had ovarian cysts an year ago due to PCOD. The size of the cyst was 8cm on the right ovary. I took Dr. Berg’s sea kelp supplement, one capsule a day for 3 months while also doing Keto and Intermittent fasting of 18 hours each day. My cyst totally disappeared in the third month. Thank yo so much Dr.Berg. I just can’t thank you enough. I dream of a day when I can meet you personally. I just hope my wish comes true.

I eat Korean birthday soup made with kelp and beef for about 5 days before my period starts. It really helps moderate my PMS symptoms (fatigue, mood swings, craving sweets, bloating). It keeps me full, lean, energized, and banishes mood swings and cravings for sweets. Plus, it's very yummy and nourishing.

Yup. I had hard lumpy breasts in my 40s to where mammography didn't really allow a good view. Digital was upcoming around that time, but I knew mammography stress was not for me no matter how much the doctors pushed for it. Also, my mom had breast cancer in her 50s. So, I did a lot of research! I discovered iodine was very necessary for our breasts and started taking bladderwrack. I didn't want the strong Lugols form; I wanted to try the natural plant form which in my mind makes sense same as getting minerals from plants which we assimilate well. I also make chicken seaweed soup often. Soon after I started taking bladderwrack and DIM, my breasts became soft and healthy same as when I was in my 20s. Now in my late 50s, my breasts are still like in my 20s. It's like a secret that shouldn't be. It's difficult to choke down the fear the health community cloaks over us so they can pay for their expensive research and machines (and I do not blame the doctors since we are all products of THE higher ups), but the natural alternative is always worth trying. This is where wonderful and brave doctor advocates like Dr. Berg comes in. But we still have to use our own brains because we all think and behave differently, and what we think and believe - our belief system - matters very much on how we affect ourselves. I gotta say, like a miracle, I got this one right.

I have always believed that one of the reasons why Japanese live so long is because they eat a lot of seaweed very frequently. However, seaweed is also considered quite “cold” in Chinese medicine. So, people we are cold-natured (I am one) can’t handle it everyday, and or they’ll need to eat something warming to balance it out.

Cool, I put Aonori dried seaweed on my Ramen Shiritaki noodles, you can mix it with Chilli powder & Seasame seeds & make Shichimi. Yum. We take Kelp tabs to. Even our dog has seaweed chews, it's great for their teeth. Thanks for sharing this important information with us all, take care & Happy Sunday to you. ❤🙂🐶

Great video and I am taking kelp every other day and I’m feeling great from it! Also can you please put together a video regarding the dangers of oxalates and oxalic acid in the foods we consume? Huge topic and I think would help a lot of people...Thanks Doctor!! 👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️
