    My dear uncle died after a few miserable years on dialysis waiting for a transplant. It was heart breaking to see what he went through. He felt awful after dialysis and couldn't live without it.     WaterMelon, Pineapple, (Apple), Lemon, (Grape), Papaya, Banana... 7 fruits I will choose; WaterMelon, Pineapple, Papaya & Banana.. not only b'cuz more Availability & Cheap.!! It's the opposite of "apple & grape", nobody eat Watmlon, Pinap, Paya & Bana with "Peel" but most people eat Apple & Grape all with Peel (also pesticide within.).. in my area, apple, (berry) and grape are imported fruits, hence considered EXPENSIVE ,.. strange for you.?!?

    It is my humble advice to the follers of such medics dot believe such advices. These are applicable the people aged below 40. That i mean for a healthy body. If not so deffinitely you ill be in trouble. Once you ate affected by diabetes it owned go from you till your death. I am an experienced man aged 73 having diabetes of 40 year's Plrase don't missunderstand me. You may avoid stress and eate little ouantity of food you like. Pease be with you......❤❤
