I really love your channel and content, but have to point this out: Your swing step example at 1:30 is a travel for anybody not playing professionally, which I would assume is every person watching this video. You put your second hand on the ball on the pick-up well before you launch off your left leg for the first of two steps. By putting both hands on when still planted on the left, you are establishing your left as the pivot foot. You then take two steps, which is a travel to non-professionals in every league at every level in the US. The move is legal if you delay that pick-up by bringing up one-handed and delaying that second hand a tiny bit. You even highlight Kyrie doing this in the next clip, which is preferred in HS/college to avoid a travel.

You're 100% right with the rules. You're not mentioning FIBA though, which is a huge part of basketball worldwide and the viewers of this channel. FIBA has the same travelling rules as Europe. High School and College basketball should change their travelling rules ASAP in my opinion. Basketball rules should IMO be the same at all levels, young kids should be able to imitate the moves of the NBA stars they admire. Gonna make a video on this soon.

Let me help y'all out: In and out spin move and in and out crossover. To this day if im in transition going 100 mph there's never been anybody that could stop those moves one on one. The in and out is already deadly by itself, but when you add a hard sharp spin or a sharp crossover the defenders not gon know what to do 😂

Fire video as always Coach! I have a question, I'm 5"7 but where im from that's considered average height, but Im very big size I'm like 205lbs ish. Everytime I get the ball in the mid range or three point area nobody guards me close and I always miss my shots, I always have to rely on post moves to score, my driving isn't that fast but I can still score sometimes What should I do to improve?

    1) Improve your shooting. It will force your opponents to guard you closer and make everything easier. 2) Lean up and get quicker. It will take some time but it's worth it if you are serious about improving. 3) Learn more ways to create after catching the ball inside. Spin moves, handoffs, fake handoffs, pick and pops, skip passes and backdoor passes. See how Jokic does it.

You might as well make NBA a whole another discipline of basketball. All these moves are travels and carries, it looks more like streetball than basketball
