Training 5 to 7days a week, 8hrs!?😮 That's insane, I enjoy a good work out but I also have a life to live and bills to pay. So while you guys chose to live and train like cyborgs, I will run miles and exercise to be fighting fit and spend more time on weekends with my kids😊

Most hardcore body builders only train an hour and a hald to two hours. Its a misconception that "oh you need to workout 8 hours a day to look like that"

If you want to look like you have to hunt your food, you have to do so! (in gym) In the jungle there are no candys or fries! btw: those guys look natty!

The way guy was holding the barbell in Barbell curl clip, (which came after variations of hammer curl) was wrong... as far as I knkow. Gap between two grips was TOO wide.
Man all theses fullas got tiny forearms😅

4 exercises, not 7. You can't say 7 exercises and then show Hammer Curl 3x with different equipment/different stance. Same with basically including Drag curl twice.

Same exercise with different equipments and changing position will target other linked muscles as will. So this way you will get a full rounded shape muscles when trained from different positions...!!!
