Looking good, i’m about to do the full cab corner on my extended cab. Got any tips for making sure the door can close since i have to take the rear door off completely?

Test fit, install inner and outer rockers with self tappers with a few tacks on cab corner, reinstall doors, then if your happy with fitment remove doors and weld solid, remove screws and weld screw holes shut

Only the fender is different, tbh I much prefer this bed over stock, if you look around on my channel you will see my red 99 7.3 with a 11-16 bed also

I like to back roll primer mask off so I dont see hardlines after paint. Looks good tho!

Any gun will do, I started with the cheap $15 harbor freight purple gun, now I have $300+ east wood guns

Hydra is the best for sure, if you have a stick shift like me any tune will work tho I have a ancient one in it, I think I showed it in the first video I made of this truck
