"You bring someone into your life, you love them unconditionally and THEY DON'T PUT THE SCOOP BACK ON THE HANGER??!!" I felt this on an emotional level🤣😭
The steam coming off you guys at the end. lol
I literally did this workout, this morning. Thanks for the great content Mat and HWPO team!
FYI the best video so far. More content like that please.
Literally my fav thing about Podium is the little hanger for the scoop!!! Genius!!!!
siiempre miroo tus videos aca en Argentina cada vez mas gente hace crossfit, te admiro , saludos desde Argentina❤
I want to train with you just once ! That would calibrate my strength for the year !
Hey ! Awesome video !! I’m on day 150 on HWPO, I have just one question..do you make a little of mobility before your warmup ? Or you start warming up directly ? Because a spent 20 min of mobilisation before the warmup every day ! Thanks !!!
It's really cooly to hear you breaking down the workout and approach with the sets. Been working out solo and try to limit workouts to 60 minutes as a principle, so nice to hear this mental approach to laying out a session - especially as I'm aiming to incorporate more crossfit style in my next training blocks.

This is great content. Please do this for the HWPO program.
The steam rolling off them after the EMOM is gold!!
This has turned into some of my favorite content
i follow you since long time ... allways Pleasure ....love from algeria .
Awesome!
Matt! Do you think you will offer a program to come to you and learn how to coach and train?
Matt you the best bro 🔥
Quality video 👌
Watts but ideally Watts / kg (power to weight ratio). RPM isn't as big of a deal and more variance is normal! Fun video 🙌
Great Channel. You've got a new subscriber!
Man the steam coming off you guys at one point, looks crazy
You deserved more subscribersssss!!! So with the 10% income could invested in every corner of the world of your own gym for us to train !!
Matt, will you do a HWPO specifically for beginners?
Awesome 👌
We love U Mat
Awesome workout Matt! Question, I’m using Ohio bar and rouge bumper plates in my garage with horse stable mats on concrete. I feel like I’m going to ruin my bar by dropping. What are you using on your gym floor?
Man what I would give to workout with Matt!
Handwriting looks great almost as good as those bunk beds.
Hi, How would be the transition between HWPO and HWPO 60 ? Because, I'm in day 113 and I and to transition at the end of this month.
@fra5er any pointers I am doing split jerks and I feel like and the coach that watches me in the CrossFit class. Told me I am leaning forward when I am catching the bar over head. How do I stop that? Would squeezing my stomach when I catch over head help the problem? Also when I do the ski machine the next day I feel it in my lats is that pretty normal? Lastly any pointers on jump rope single unders I am starting out I am having trouble with it. Plz help me.
What would you recommend about the PerformaSleep mattress over anything else?
Love a work out bro that distracts me from my phone!!!
This is for real living the dream! Do a little work, hit some fitness with ya boy, then head out to the backyard track and play with grownup toys
What an awesome bunk bed
You are real fun, guys
crazy, you can actually see the steam coming off of you guys.
It is steamy in there, I didn’t expect that I thought it was humor. I like to eyes closed + wobbly board exercise
Looks like he's on fire.
What a beast
The steam during the debrief!
Nice one
Curious to know what brand Ceiling Fan is in your living room? A house tour video would be awesome
Matt can easily win the CrossFit games championship if he wanted to
Cyclists mostly look at watts/kg. Obviously there are outliers everywhere but wattage and watts/kg are used for tracking power across a ride.
Warm up is like a full work out for me.
Definitely RPM's over wattage for me
Damn I've been cleaning my equipment from the previous day as a warmup forever, hahaha!

I clean it up as my cool down 😂
What if no bike or no rower? Will the programming have alternatives?
What if we have the HWPO program but want to switch to this? 👀
Hilarious, “60” minutes with Fraser, only it’s a 24 minute vid……., but damn, the steam coming off them at the end of the workout 😂👊🏻

I'm totally making queen size bunk bed now
Where did you guys get that see through calendar for the wall?!?!? That's awesome!
Traditional Cycling would pay more attention to rpm than wattage. But since we compete on air bikes and use cals instead of distance, it makes more sense to pay attention to wattage to measure pacing.
@andynix7630

Power is the metric of choice for cycling. Since the air bike uses a fixed gear ratio, the rpms and wattage are interchangeable. Relative wattage can be calculated by dividing gear ratio (gear inches) by cadence. Bigger gear and/or higher cadence equals more power.
2 college diplomas "Haven't used either one of them a day in my life" dude same lmao
Can you please let me know which brand are the resistance bands that is in your gym?
@steven_farmer89

He has a few different kinds, he has crossover symmetry and the other ones look like the standard rogue bands. In his home gym video he goes through everything, it’s a long video but it goes into detail.
17:00 videos for hwpo 60 too please 🤘
I mean the sweat dripping and steam rolling off of both of you at the end… HWPO
I have been doing the HWPO program, wondering if I should switch to the HWPO 60 being that sometimes I don't have time for all the accessory work
@aaron.aimfit

It's worth doing. Before I became super busy with my business, I loved taking 2 hours plus to train. Now I don't have the capacity to, so hwpo 60 makes sense for me. You can still scale up the workouts for yourself if you find them too easy.

He makes you re-buy the program. You’re literally buying the same programming twice. Not worth it. If you like the programming then stick with HWPO and eliminate certain things to make it fit your available time for the day
17:52 is that steam comin off Mat? Lol
if you at home with bare minimal bar rope ball dumb bell jump box is kinda all we got here ,due to lock down we cant get to and gym we are shut down here, are you doing that sort of programming in your packages for the lock down people
I want that clock! Anyone know where from?
What I got from this video is that I don't drink nearly enough caffeine. Gotta pump those numbers up.
Mat idk what camera you are using but if it is full frame should get lens 16mm and if it is APS-C sensor you should get 10 to 12 mm for vlog style video make it wider and feels more like they are with you

I think it’s an iPhone in this vid
Handwriting looks waaayyy better than mine
Where do u start, with all this
I like RPM personally
Why does crossfit use calories on rowers rather than metres and time per 500m like everyone else in the world? Is it deliberate obfuscation?
The only thing about Matt Fraser that I know is if he says he isn't doing something it means he will do it to the best of his ability.
Hahahahaha The wattage vs rpm 😆 #highlyrelatable
“Siding off my barn”
Lady Gaga playing in the background, not a bad choice of music 👌🏽✨
Always check RPM of echo bike
Would you ever compete in or train for a Spartan Race? A lot of the people that compete in them do CrossFit. Also another race type question would you train for triathlon?
We track RPM at my gym
Watts per pound if you want to be specific for bike output. So you’d be average going at 500 watts for 20 minutes if you were 180. Most full time bikers wouldn’t be able to follow a workout like that and still deliver s. So you might as well call yourself above average.
I track RPM
Rpm all day
Looks like someone turned the oven on !
Rpm ✌🏼
Disappointed the stair master wasn’t featured in the EMOM
@isaiah_bennettcf4610

It should never be featured in any workout ever... hell
24 mins!
The programming is awesome, but what's up with making people who switch from HWPO back to HWPO60 pay for basically the same programming they've already received? If you want to switch from HWPO to HWPO60 why do you need to re-purchase all of the same programming you've already purchased in HWPO?
Lol I cringed every time y’all dropped the bar with those plates on it.
Watts > RPM. But, I'm the only person in my training group that goes off of watts hahaha
The real nerd check is whether you use "data" as singular or plural... "The data shows" vs "The data show" ;)
You lift w/o music?
what nikes is Fraser wearing?
I always go off RPM
Thaughts on the new metcons?
RPM
편집할때 그날 운동도 화면에 나오게 해주세요!@
Bruh, that man bun 😂
I only look at RPM lol
Is that Jorge Masvidal? 😆
Thank you for cutting out the sound of the bars hitting the floor. That shit gets loud in headphones.
Rpm
