Always wondered how the automated emails worked, yes I send estimates through emails that have an customer approval link for them to approve by email just Incase somebody decides not to pay for the service after it’s been done. Is there some type of app or program to setup for follow ups that ask customers if they are in need again for gutter cleaning every year and maybe house washing every two years?

Based on what I've heard from others, the key to facebook ads being helpful is hitting the same area with postcards and facebook ads at the same time. An easy way to get email addresses for realtors is to look at their website. Most all of them list the agents' contact info. I'm getting ready to start blasting all of them with emails to get business for the spring. I'll start hitting them mid February and hit them every 3 weeks until next winter sets in. I just wrote up my template for the emails on Friday. Now it's time to gather the addresses. Can't wait for spring. I'm going through house washing withdrawals.

Excellent Video. I'd love to meet you or chat with you on the phone and pick your brain in more detail. I'm surrounded by corn here outside Springfield Ohio, Northeast of Dayton. I've done lawncare/ landscaping and snow removal for 17 years, started when i was 13. I adopted a BIZ partner in 2017 with the plan of him buying me out (tired of grass and mulch), and I'm trying to transition into shooting water fulltime and letting him take over the lawn/landscape stuff. We ran purely off facebook and word of mouth and dealt with a consistent 300 to 350 people a year. I have a valuable network to still work with through the landscape business, but here I am again re-inventing the wheel with a new business and trying to get new customers and getting them quick.

We get our flatbed trucks just from local dealers. I like the flatbed better so you are not breathing those dangerous fumes and chemicals

Rowdy Harris if your flowing a 5 GPM or higher you will want to go with 3/4” hose so it can keep up

You can ask homeowners of properties you service in exchange for an "advertising" discount of $50 for letting you display it in their yards for 2 weeks. Most HOA's will sometimes write a violation for extended periods over that and you don't want your customers to get pissed at you. Set a 2 week alarm on your phone alarm and DON'T FORGET IT.

I have used a few company in the past and did not have any luck. I have done it all by myself and learn how to do it. If you have a decent website I would focus on your local listings and then i would push for google ads. There are a lot of seo snake systems out there.
