When I started I rented my equipment for the first five months until I had enough saved but I made sure that I had to work to support the new equipment before I went and purchased it that way I could Adam has what kind of equipment I would need to serve my business I'm just saying I would rent and do a survey on your business and how it's growing quickly before I would go spend the money great video Jason keep it comin brother and wash on

@@kingofpressurewash or could just buy a patch with clamps so you could cut the blown section out out could cut and out male and female end on to create two new hoses just a thought

Great video, I am a newbie, You mentioned a 1500 dollar 5.5 GPM washer to start with. I know this video is old, but can you tell me a brand, and where I should look for one? I didn't see a link, and now I fear that the prices are a lot higher, and I don't think a $1500 machine is the same as when this video was made. Thanks in advance.

Were is the list to buy everything. I am just starting out. I am in northeast Ohio. I really enjoyed your video.

@@kingofpressurewash Jason, I've been in another business way to long, now it's all computerized, or sent to China, so I bought a used E150 Van since we have an HOA preventing trailers. I want to rig this for 5.5 GPH/4200PSI, 50' sections of high pressure hose, 1/2 hose to fill a 500 gal. tank, valves to turn everything or anything I want off, bleach and surfactant. I already have a smaller washer, and smaller surface cleaner, so from this video I'll need a JRod quick connects, and some reels. Most of all, I want to train with you for two reasons...... I think you know everthing I need to get this thing off the ground and running, and you don't seem to have a line of bullshit. Am I headed in the right direction? The van will allow me to work at home without drawing but so much attention to working at home, which isn't allowed per HOA. Thanks for all the knowledge, and I look forward to seeing you soon.

This is the first time I have seen this video. I have been watching your videos and learning. But I have to say I'm in a tough spot. I have two trucks. One old and needs a repaint but ready for anything. It is a 1988 f350 crew cab dually air conditioner needs recharge and paint needs work that is my work horse. The truck that I have been using to do bids and lite work is a 1997 f150 4x4 xl with tinted windows. We all know first impression is everything. I your truck looks nice when you give the bid your in verse an old old truck makes you look like you are ?. My bid truck is on its last leg I was told by the mechanic. Do I ?

I’m torn between an enclosed trailer, or a work van. I do have a truck, however it’s my personal truck. Didn’t really want to beat it up. So I’m banging my head against the wall trying to make a decision

If you do a van make sure the place for equipment is separate than the cab. You carry a lot of chemical that not really good for to breathe all the time.

Why do we need at least a 4gpm pump ? Would a 3gpm work?

Yes a 3 gallon will work. But it's all about flow. The more gallons per minute you have the faster you clean

I have a 4gpm 4500 psi pressure washer and a 20" surface cleaner that came with 2.5gpm 15 degree tips. What should my pressure be at?

Im going to start a pressure washing bussness in washington state can you tell me what brand of pressure washer i should look for

Just depends. A lot of our houses we can get away with a 28 foot no problem

If high pressure doesn’t clean, how come almost all driveway jobs are not sprayed with chemical? Maybe people are starting to but it still worked fine without it

You can start with it but you really need at least a 4gpm washer or higher. I have a 5.5 gpm washer and a 2.5 gpm washer. I only use the 2.5 as an emergency back up. If you are serious about doing pressure washing on a regular basis do yourself a favor and go bigger

Depends on if you need to be secured or not. If need to be secured I would do an enclosed trailer.

Poor mans jumping round like he has to pee I can relate 👍😜 Instead of that x jet hook up set your suction hose for pulling soap use a tee with a brass valve thats reduces to the size of hose going into the soap bucket ... will that work ?

My god this was hard to listen to.
