Everybody is different. You cannot broad stroke paint everybody with the same brush, just like in anything else. It really depends on how refreshed you feel when you wake up.

honestly this is lowkey bullshit. 8 hours of sleep for me personally is not bad for me but 6 hours i actually feel good and relaxed. it depends what is better for you. if i sleep more than 8 hours (including 9 hours) i feel like shit and i hate myself more

It's correct mam i sleep only 4 to six hours it's fresh and relaxation for me. If 8 hours sleep is an feel laziness fir every one elon mush sleep only 4 to 6 hours but he was a billionaire💀. My perception was sleep 10 wake 4

Me who felt like dying the last time i slept nonstop for like 8 hours or so. That was quite hellish. Rn, I'm experimenting on 6,6.5 and 7 hours. Trynna find the best one among these 3. The best one for me. I'd like it if 6 is the one,cuz I'll get more time on the day. Then again,if i feel more refreshed at 6.5 or 7, I'll choose that. As there aren't that much difference between the 3 number. If it's 7,then I'll need to sleep at 10 and wake up at 5. I'll sleep an hour later if it's 6 hours and so on. My goal rn is to sleep for one of the selected hours for a week. And then switch to the next one. And back and forth. Maybe it'll take weeks but it's a good thing if it'll gimme my perfect hours.

Trust me if you got 8 every day for 2 months on a consistent schedule compared to 6 every day for 2 months you would feel better on 8 hours, if you don’t believe me then just try it.
