I always think if something unnesarcy can be reduced for good benefits, I would love to do it for time. Time is such a valuable aspect of our lives and we need more of it, every second. So if sleep can be reduced to what can be the min hours of sleep for a healthy life I would do it in the need of time.

If you don't mind me asking, how often did you use this subliminal? I use this very very occasionally and never realized it might help with slowing my sense of time as it did for you. I've always struggled with everything seeming to pass me by in a haze--time just feels too quick (having poor working memory/other mental health issues doesn't help, but still). i got like 3 hours of sleep but i made it through the whole school day and didnt even pass out from exhaustion !!!!!!!!! (i usually get super exhausted and accidentally sleep for like an hour every day at school even when i get 7 or 8 hours of sleep so this worked super well)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This WORKS!! Normally when I get up in the morning I am very groggy and go back to sleep. But when I woke up I felt well rested and was able to get out of bed without feeling like it was a chore. I listened to LuminalPlays Gamma Booster and this sub 3 times.

I have a book report to present tomorrow and like always, i procrastinated to the last minute and now its 1 am and im still not done. Not only do I have to wake up at 5:30-6, but the first day of track tryouts are tomorrow and I NEED good sleep. I am hoping this helps wish me luck 😭

Updates ✨️LOVE THIS! I woke up feeling really groggy after going to bed after 1am, feeding my baby in the middle of the night. I hadn't listened to your subs in a while and remembered this one. Update 2!!! I had to wake up again at 6:40, It was already 2AM and I really needed to get to sleep so I listened to this (2 times btw) and went to sleep, woke up at exactly 6:40 and was a bit grumpy because I was getting up for school but after I washed up I felt pretty energized and thankfully made it through the day, now im at home :]

This actually works so well. I listen to subliminals at night and since I have quite a bit plus I do other stuff, I go to sleep at around 1 am. (I have to wake up at 6-7 for school) I developed a habit of waking really late like at 7;58 when I have to be on the bus at 8 (I know, its crazy but believe it or not, its happened multiple times.) I wanted to change that so I can feel less stressed and unprepared in the mornings so I listened to this. I only listened to it once right before going to sleep and I woke up at 5 am!! When I was your age I used to sleep 16 hours or more, once I reached 22 hours. People said it would go away, I'm 18 now and have horrible trouble getting up early, I got to do it anyway; the deal it's that any other time when I'm not obligated to get up I can't help but sleep 14-15 hours. I hate it.
Imagine how much time we save by only sleeping 1hr benefit 8hrs more time to succeed

THANK YOU! I have gotten my results. I love this subliminal cause it’s realistic. Lemme explain what I mean. I’ve listened for about 1 month, I usually get results quickly and this definitely shows that. After about 2 weeks I was waking up at my normal time (5:30) but everytime I’d wake up I would still be exhausted but I wouldn’t be able to shut my eyes again. It’s like this subliminal won’t make me jump up in the morning ans get ready for school, I’m still tired but I’m not upset about it or in distress. Usually I’d cry cause I was so stressed from being so tired. It’s the same effect as drinking coffee then trying to take a nap, you’re sleepy but you can’t lay down and go to sleep cause your eyes just spring open. It has intensified as in, I’ve been getting even better results like when I wake up now, I feel happy and make my bed and stuff (motivated and not sleepy) and I’m curious to see if it’ll keep getting better the more I listen.
