    I always think if something unnesarcy can be reduced for good benefits, I would love to do it for time. Time is such a valuable aspect of our lives and we need more of it, every second.     If you don't mind me asking, how often did you use this subliminal? I use this very very occasionally and never realized it might help with slowing my sense of time as it did for you. I've always struggled with everything seeming to pass me by in a haze--time just feels too quick (having poor working memory/other mental health issues doesn't help, but still).     Oh wow, this is powerful. I have an exam today and didn't revise for it. Went to sleep at half 11, didn't know how on earth i was going to get up at half 3 for studying. Stuff that happened : *Normally it takes me an hour fall asleep but I was asleep faster than usual *Normally I wake up around 3am, like my eyes just open, and i'm usually extremely tired, in mind and body + takes me an extra hour to fall back into sleep again. *However today I didn't wake up until the alarm did (3,30), I was tired but shockingly way less, and I had enough energy getting out of bed.     1. I slept at 2:30 last night and woke up at 6:30. I did not want to stay in bed for some more time and got up instantly. This is the first ever time I've felt so energized. 2. I went to bed around 11 and wanted to get up at 4a.m. I can never get up though. But the next morning after using this I woke up.

    Going to try to update. Day 1] Went to sleep around 1:10. Didn't fall asleep in any of my classes today which is an improvement. Day 2] Same thing. Day 3] No changes. Day 4] Went to sleep at 5 am. Woke up at 10. Felt weirdly awake Day 5] Nothing new. Day 6] Went to sleep at 12:30.

    i got like 3 hours of sleep but i made it through the whole school day and didnt even pass out from exhaustion !!!!!!!!! (i usually get super exhausted and accidentally sleep for like an hour every day at school even when i get 7 or 8 hours of sleep so this worked super well)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Updates ✨️LOVE THIS! I woke up feeling really groggy after going to bed after 1am, feeding my baby in the middle of the night. I hadn't listened to your subs in a while and remembered this one.     Update 2!!! I had to wake up again at 6:40, It was already 2AM and I really needed to get to sleep so I listened to this (2 times btw) and went to sleep, woke up at exactly 6:40 and was a bit grumpy because I was getting up for school but after I washed up I felt pretty energized and thankfully made it through the day, now im at home :]

    This actually works so well. I listen to subliminals at night and since I have quite a bit plus I do other stuff, I go to sleep at around 1 am. (I have to wake up at 6-7 for school) I developed a habit of waking really late like at 7;58 when I have to be on the bus at 8 (I know, its crazy but believe it or not, its happened multiple times.) I wanted to change that so I can feel less stressed and unprepared in the mornings so I listened to this. I only listened to it once right before going to sleep and I woke up at 5 am!! I went back to sleep after that tho bc I set my alarm for 6. Then when my alarm went off, I immediatly woke up and didnt feel tired at all! This is the first time ive had such instant results! I am now listening to it again so hopefully it'll work just as good as it did this morning

    Well I am a preteen which requires normally 7-8 hours a day, preferably 7 hours. I know y'all be thinking that I should sleep atleast 8 - 9 hours or saying that my sleep routine is perfect.     When I was your age I used to sleep 16 hours or more, once I reached 22 hours. People said it would go away, I'm 18 now and have horrible trouble getting up early, I got to do it anyway; the deal it's that any other time when I'm not obligated to get up I can't help but sleep 14-15 hours. I hate it.

    It's 5:14 am, I've to wake up at 6:30. Edit. It freaking worked. First time I'm commenting it's worked. But i slept for 2.5 hours though instead of 1 hour.     THANK YOU! I have gotten my results. I love this subliminal cause it’s realistic. Lemme explain what I mean. I’ve listened for about 1 month, I usually get results quickly and this definitely shows that. After about 2 weeks I was waking up at my normal time (5:30) but everytime I’d wake up I would still be exhausted but I wouldn’t be able to shut my eyes again. It’s like this subliminal won’t make me jump up in the morning ans get ready for school, I’m still tired but I’m not upset about it or in distress. Usually I’d cry cause I was so stressed from being so tired. It’s the same effect as drinking coffee then trying to take a nap, you’re sleepy but you can’t lay down and go to sleep cause your eyes just spring open. It has intensified as in, I’ve been getting even better results like when I wake up now, I feel happy and make my bed and stuff (motivated and not sleepy) and I’m curious to see if it’ll keep getting better the more I listen.     im going to bed now (01:30) and i need to get up in alittle bit less than 6 hours! i usually sleep 8h a day but this week has been so bad 😭 thank you for not making me tired !!!!!!!!

    Using this because it’s currently 1am, I have to get up for work at 4am and I have not slept 🫠 Update: I ended up falling asleep around 1:30am. I felt energised until the end of my shift but I was able to finish strong and do Christmas baking and wash my hair which was an additional 8 hours on top of my 9 hour shift 😮 this works wonders ❤
