Mate it’s 6 matches in nearly a decade Allisson and Ederson only been there a couple seasons now. Nothing away from De Gea but he’s had way longer in the premier league to show matches like that. Allisson in particular has done all you can ask for even with the world class defense.

Nick Stans The video is centred around showing 6 matches, that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been absolute quality in so many more. They couldn’t exactly call the video ‘71 times De Gea has made the difference’ can they. The two/three years they’ve spend in the league happen to be the least two competitive seasons in premier league history. Are they both better right now, possibly. Are they performing at the level he did for about 7 years prior to 2018-19? Definitely not.

Being world class previously does not give an excuse to avoid criticism. Criticizing a player is not hateful in any way, it's fair if a player is underperforming, which is very clear this season. Seems like he wants out, and I don't particularly blame him to be honest.

Hes not even better than van der sar. Or maybe not even peter schmeichel. And he for sure isnt better than buffon, iker, neuer, etc. He never even was the best of his generation. Neuer was always better. And now even oblak and ter stegen are better. Soon maybe that alisson guy and ederson. When this mistake streak continues. And he was on par for years with thibaut before he bottled it. He is excellent. This always happens tho with league followers or simply current playing keepers. You forget how great those before him were.
