Yes, Alex, there's nothing better than watching someone open an all-in of a game that will never deliver because one did not pay the ransom - er- extra cost. Fortunately, that's not me. I have to say those minis are really spectacular. It'll be interesting seeing how the game plays and getting your opinion of same.

Unfortunately I won't be getting my copy that I funded. I just wouldn't pay the ransom they wanted. Can't watch the video because of that. Hope you enjoy it though.

One thing I enjoy about the unboxing and rambling vids is that while I'm stocking shelves overnight at work I can put them on and listen and take in the conversation, but I don't miss s lot of content when I can't just stop and stare, I can break away when you are like oooooo look mini. But then again most of your vids are great work "podcast" like content where I can listen even if I can't see it

I actually got an email today from them about my wave 2 Darkest Dungeon request. I'd asked them to remove an expansion, which covered the shipping for wave 2. In theory, I should be getting my wave 2 now? Fingers crossed.

I think most people don't like letting people down however you are always going to get people that don't like you. Some people are just not nice people. I heard a great quote recently “don't take offense to criticism from someone you wouldn't take advice from”

@@HeeeeySteve Yes Devon, another content creator, got sent a review copy, but had also bought the game (backed on KS and then paid the ransom) so had a second copy. What has that got to do with your "angry face" directed at the commenter you sent it to?

I downgraded my (all-in) to the (gameplay all-in) and didn't have to pay the ransom. No furniture minis and the other small stuff, but I guess better than nothing

I have not received any info regarding delivery as yet and I paid for the "Smooth Operator" pledge and later for delivery. Am I getting the game or not? I'm in for 320 Euros/£243 and that's a huge pay out of money for nothing?!? Never had an email about paying extra so what next?

I am wondering how different this plays compared to Batman Gotham City Chronicles. Got major vibes from that game somehow during the campaign

Now this is adding fuel to the fire. Mythic games failed to deliver few projects, and this one was not without problems. People had to pay ransoms to get their game or lose money, and content creators get free copies, after the campaign!? As I understand payment for previous promotion or bribe to make good PR, to force FOMO and current sales on their webstore, I'm not judging Your friend, but having 2 copies He'll give it away, or will sell it and it will refund his pledge - nice, game for free. What's more the prices in Mythic store are absurd - 70EUR for scenery??? big box is currently not available, but also was very expensive... the laser.... Yes, they call 6 siege collectible item now, nice bullsh1t... Someone buy this company and kick out everyone responsible for failed projects. I spent 4 years playing Rainbow six siege and Mythic messed with my dreams- change my mind.

Luckily, game rules cannot be copyrighted, so theoretically, someone could just take all these aspects, redo the art and rename everything, and release something, maybe better.

​@@jbgaillet806 It's possible to fork the ideas behind this game into something that'll actually get into people's hands. In much the same way that you used the ideas from countless grid based skirmish games. If you had a part in the multimillion dollar screw over of backers, you deserve this. If you didn't, well then you're just another victim of Mythic screwing you over. But literally, Mythic will lose this license before they will ever do another print run. Backers got to take care of themselves first.

The whole experience around getting this game was just awful. And for the longest time I thought I’d receive nothing. But now this game, everything but the 3D terrain, sits in my collection and boy did this turn out absolutely outstanding. The quality of components is excellent and the gameplay to me is tight and solid. The suffering is worth it. But never again with mythic.

I'm glad this serves as proof for all those naysayers! Mythic is delivering what they said they would. Glad to see this being delivered. Looking forward to my copy. :-) Especially for the miniatures. I went all in. :-) I paid the extra delivery shipping costs as well.
