Hi everyone! This 6 Pack Ab workout is great for building strength and helping you to be more functional.
Most things if not everything we do involves using our core muscles to stabilize us. It helps us to be stable as we walk, run, squat, do overhead press and so on, therefore it is fundamental to build a strong core if you want to get better at other movements in life - this is exactly what we'll do in this workout. You can do this workout 1-3 times per week!
In this 6-pack ab workout, we'll do:

0:47 crunch holds
1:40 rest
2:03 crunches
2:53 rest
3:23 pause rep crunches
4:15 rest
4:55 hanging leg raises
5:29 rest
5:47 hanging leg raises
6:22 rest
6:45 hanging leg raises
7:22 Outro
This workout will help you to build muscle and burn calories simultaneously!
