Glad to hear your injections are less painful now. I have to say that I think you look and sound more masculine. I do 1cc every 14 days. I definitely feel like I look and sound more masculine on shots vs gel.

I switched back to injections from T gel. I inject Testosterone Cypionate. I split my full weekly dose in half and inject half every Tuesday and the other half on Saturday to keep from getting the peaks and valleys when I used to do once weekly injections. It seems to work perfectly for me.

For me i do after every 12 week and it has been 1 year 8 months but i thinks is very slow but i dont know wich is the best for me maybe i should try to consalte my Doctor to see if i can get maybe after 3 weeks

Consulting your doctor is always good. Could be multiple reasons.

Are you ready doing the 18 day schedule? My doctor proposed the same thing but I got a tip from another trans guy to do 17/18 instead. I checked that with the hospital and they where totally fine with that. The advantage is that you have a regular 5 week schedule and are injecting on the same days. I do Monday then Thursday 2,5 week later, I also remember to do it in the right leg om Thursday, because donderdag contains an R. This works great for me, I can't imagine the logistical nightmare of a truly 18 day schedule.

Hi Daan. I start T in 2 weeks. I wanted to ask you how do you warm the T upfront and for how long? Is it just holding the vial in your hand? What needles do you use for drawing and injecting? I was under the impression that the people who are going to inject me don't really know a lot about HRT. I will go to wit-geel kruis. They can teach me how I can inject myself.

Usually warming up the vial rubbing it between your palms for a little bit helps. It's probably in an oil base, so naturally oil is thinner when it gets warmer. Bring all these questions and concerns to your doctor when you go in, hopefully they're more educated than they seem to be! I hope you have a good appointment!

@@garrett7101 My dose is 1000mg of tostesterone. Thats 4ml of injection. Im cutting it down to every ten weeks now. My voice is now starting to change and I have facial hair. Been on T for 18 months

​@@garrett7101 I guess his taking nebido l. Due to the fact that this is not the most active form of testosterone, it can be injected once every three months because it breaks down just as slowly. I wouldn't recommend starting with Nebido. but for example after 2-3 years, when the main changes have passed, this is an excellent option
