Great soups. Tip if you want to elevate your tomato soup. Put the cut up pepper, tomatoes, and whole garlic cloves on a baking sheet. Add a bit of oil and roast till lightly charred. Add to crock pot and cook like your recipe was. The roasting will bring out another level to the profile. I could eat a soup every day.

Yikes, I'm late for another Kimberly Whisk Soup episode! Anyone who likes hearty soups should try Kapustnyak soup, a Ukrainian🇺🇦 soup made with sauerkraut, pork, salo (salted pork fat), potatoes, carrots and onion. And one of the best soups ever - Ukrainian Borsch, can make it with pork, without pork, with beans instead of pork, can make it green instead of red, cold instead of hot, but the traditional Ukrainian red beet Borsch is my favorite. 😋 If you like dumplings, you should try to make pierogies, the dough is a bit time consuming to make but worth it, and you can fill them with the traditional mashed potatoes, mix the potatoes with things like bacon or any type of cheese you like or you can make them without potatoes and put sauerkraut inside or even blueberries or sour cherries. 😋

Soups look wonderful! All your meals are amazing. We use Boursin for stuffing mini sweet peppers, cut down the middle take out seeds and spread cheese in halved peppers, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning put in air fryer for 5-6 minutes on 400. So soo good, makes a wonderful snack or appetizer. The cheese would be good in wraps too, it’s also good on a grilled burger or steak! Yummy! 🤗

I would just like to say... I was born (and currently live) in Provence! I LOVE herbes de Provence with... *controversial* FRIES!!! Oh it's delicious! Provence is in the South East of France and it looks like an Alburquerque! Mostly warm in Winter and boiling hot in Summer... Rainy for 2 weeks in Sept-Oct 🤣 (I laughed because I gave you a year long weather report!) Don't listen to the Hippie, from Scratch Mothers out there... You have chickens... Yes I'm still watching this video a day later... don't judge. If you've never tried the Delallo mini gnocchi... they are my absolute fave for the Elyse recipes. It feels like there are SO MUCH MORE of them and they are the perfect size for soups. If you haven't tried her creamy chicken tomato gnocchi... it's absolutely DIVINE... think creamy tomato basil soup vibes for the sauce. I do 1.5lbs of chicken because I'm a savage for protein.
