I used this for months. The amount of blessings all around were infinite. I recently asked my son to listen as well and he even said he hasn't slept this good in a long time. I get a sense of freedom when I’m around them cause they’re free, I like to think the world is yours. you see the sun? bathe in it, absorb that energy. & express yourself, don’t let anyone tell you it’s sensitive to or if you do you’re less of a man, who cares what anybody think of you anyway. cry if you have to. take it all in and let it all out, it’s okay. it’s apart of the process, apart of your journey, you’re a special individual but sometimes you’ll get lost into the world of things that’s designed to keep us down, i promise once you step your foot outside that box, get out of your comfort zone and watch the world opens up to you. you’ll find yourself manifesting situations and outcomes you thought you’d ever be in, things you never thought you would do. learn to be patient with yourself, be your true authentic self at all times and if you’re looking for love, someone’s gonna love you for you but I advise you love YOURSELF firstly! make that a priority. drop your EGO it’s not serving you, it’s holding you back. STARVE THE EGO NOURISH THE SOUL

I think this music is helping me with my grieving over my husband. He passed away rather suddenly almost 5 months ago and instead of getting better, lately it feels worse. My heart has been feeling like it's actually physically breaking. But this music is making me feel much more peaceful and not as sad. I feel like it's actually healing my heart. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and have had super results so far , I am sleeping through the night .A large crossword puzzle was taking me 30 minutes to finish is now down to 18 mins. my recall has improved beyond measure , I am surprised and delighted . Today I let go of fear, rejection, self-hate, and unforgiveness. It's a new chapter in my life, I start my new position on 03/18. I look forward to building peaceful, respectful, honest relationships that add healing. It's been a long time coming as these last 3 years have not been easy. Many days of sadness, depression, and pain. In order for us to experience peace we have to be grateful and learn to make peace with everything. I was listening to this when I suddenly noticed my eyes were wet with tears! Apparently, I've been holding a lot of pain in my heart... Thankfully, some of it is coming to the surface for me to process now. Thank you for this beautiful music piece.

This frequency is like the safest place , reminiscing when you're in your mother's womb ; away from all scars and pains..

Listening to this while sitting outside, watching the magic of fireflies in the moonlight feels amazing ❤

My dad is fighting COVID right now and it sucks seeing him cough so badly, too weak to get up and walk to eat. But he does it anyway, he’s a strong man.. BUT STUBBORN! It’s amazing to see that after 15min (after secretly going in to his room to play this in the background while he slept) his coughing seized all together and slept thru the night!! In the mornings I play 7 chakra balancing frequencies in my room loud so he can hear it whenever his coughing gets bad. I would like to ask a favor..It would mean the world to me if we could all, for just a moment in time, create the feeling with our hearts in the belief as if my father is already healed.. I carry the thought in my head everyday but I know it would have a greater impact if I had support creating the feeling within the heart❤️ I appreciate all the compassion here:)

this video has helped me heal as i listened I cried and thought about how badly others have treated me and i realized that it was a reflection of their pain and let it out on me something told me that im not bad & to love myself unconditionally. I asked why did my exes always want to stay with me or beg to come back when they abused me and it told me because i am not bad im a good person and deep down they knew that even tho they treated me as if I was worthless. I am learning to love myself the 1st comment I saw on here was from a man who lost his wife from cancer which is a sign for me since i survived cancer. God wants me to love myself and to know that I have a purpose also to forgive and love myself as well as others

Love everyone as much as you love yourself. I didnt like to feel negative energy, ive now embraced people pain so i can learn to live with it to help those who need positive energy. Love after yourself first, its not selfish to think of yourself. If you high in love you give that back to everyone and remember to love everyone even the ones who hurt you the most, We are a collective and we all live here together as one big tribe

J OneLife you will find good, positive attracts positive. Take time to meditate and find balance in your innerself. We all vibrate at a certain rate and people with the same vibration will attract others. Just like when people cross paths in the dream world. Find inner peace and find yourself and you WILL see the good in people. like i said positive attracts positive, just love yourself love everyone else and dont judge it will only cause you more pain. Pain is a blessing in disguise so embrace it so you can deal with it. Like buddha says. in the worst of situation you will always find peace throu meditation.

Yes I feel as if the world is so broken right now and so far away from god. So lost in the material things of life, I wish the world would come together and forget about celebrities, corruption, high ego, and continue to feed and grow their soul instead of damaging it by things that will never fulfill your true self (money, fame, cars, partying, ect) god bless ❤️

It is ok to be not ok. It's a natural process. I am impressed with your ability to openly share that. Most people are afraid of criticism or shame etc. But that's what keeps the love out. We need to tear those walls down

@@lazanijaa "love is everywhere" is a revelation (beyond appearances to the contrary) (lol).... I was sitting in Starbucks and "suddenly" all I could see was LOVE in everyone there .... It's a higher level of awareness/being/seeing that we can find ourselves in as we progress on our journey .... there are so many levels and we tend to get stuck on the "normal" very limited one .... this music and other practices help us "move upwards" ....

This tone made me realise that I know longer have to feel guility or ashamed of who I am because of the addictions I have, they do not define me as I thought they did, I am not a bad person because of my addictions, just makes me realise that I am human because of my addictions, my addictions are not stopping me from being happy, I am the one stopping me from being happy, because I don't like myself because of my addictions, first step in healing myself from all of my addictions is to start loving myself so I realise that I am worthy of a loving, happy, free life, rather then telling myself I am worthless and then proceed to use one of my addictions as a coping mechanism

I worked with recovering drug and alcohol addicts for 5 years while living in the States, and they were the BEST people .... I would choose them over anyone .... but may you also find the way to inner freedom .... I live in Southern Spain now (visiting Florida in March 2019) ....
