  In unserer Region war dieses Wochenende Hochwasser und alle Menschen haben zusammengeholfen. Ich bin gerade auf dieses Video gestoßen und habe die wundervollen Kommentare gelesen.   A prayer for June Dear Buddha and God, this June I ask that You bless me with the solidity I need to break any soul tie that has control over me.   I am grateful for finding this, the past few years have been tough. It felt like i would never escape the trap of toxicity , confusion, doubt and fear. But now i see that my thoughts create my reality and i am beyond blessed i have loving friends, family and amazing spirit guides who constantly ensure my protection, awareness & peace.   I feel anxious on a daily... Fear of the unknown... Relocated but not feeling like i have a handle on things...Its a different chapter now...I'm getting older...My family passed away back to back... I outlived them, and now at 49 turning 50 there is a lot of anxiety within.... I fight with this internally often... This helps a lot along with some other ones ❤❤ 🤔 I believe my anxiety reached the surface during COVID... I was in NY at the time... My job ended and I was at home alone a lot...I had my cat, that cat helped me through...For 2 years I was at home... I'm already an introvert, plus a curfew and being Isolated 🥺
