That's why Eddie Hall went 37 kg + from the world record at the time, he doesn't deal with +1 kg sh.., it shows the character, class difference. whatever this guy does after that crying when he lost to Eddie in WSM, not much respect left, Cheers

It probably is more than 400 kg but if you look at some of his past competitions against Eddie and Brian and a bunch more in a deadlifting contest he wouldn't even lift the 460 kg, so from that to 501 is hard to belive @@berryben1

Thor is a beast but eddie did the 500kilo in an actual competition after many events and a few massive deadlifts prior to the 500 attempt. I think they are both great deadlifters but still think Eddie's was more impressive.

But only 1kg, is like eternal pain for him, like he wished he lifted more back then and probably still would've had his record, but 1kg cost him his record) this will eat him from the inside forever. It's way more painful than if Hafthor would've made it even +40 or more) It's like being in car race and taking 2nd place with 1 min behind the guy who did 1st. In the end you will easily accept the fact that you've lost. But if you were let's say 1sec behind the person, this will eat you alive. You will be thinking till the moment you die, that you were soooo close and almost had it( And maybe you could've done something different....

I hope Eddy “The Mouth” was watching. Additionally he got his arse kicked in the ring.

Night and day in terms of size as well. Keep in mind the record was 465kg before Eddie’s lift. 35kg jump and nobody thought it was even possible. Eddie’s was and is the most impressive feat of strength performed by a human when you include all factors. Shouts to both lads of course but if you know, you know.

It's a little wild to think that he easily defeated Eddie in this lift. Then went in the ring and beat Eddie up.
