It's amazing that before the restoration it still worked. Usually those old electrical things are (obviously) broken. This desk lamp was clearly well cared for.

Wir hatten eine ähnliche Lampe im Keller. Ursprünglich war das keine Schreibtischlampe, sondern eine Infrarot Wärmelampe für unterschiedliche Behandlungen Zuhause.

@@whatcanimake Ich bin nicht sicher, aber sie stammt ungefähr aus den dreißiger bis fünfziger Jahren Diese Wärmelampen wurden sehr lange gebaut. Auch mit Bakelit statt dem Holz. Ich habe gerade noch mal gegoogelt. Man findet ähnliche Lampen sowohl unter Infrarot Wärmelampe antik, wie auch mit einer Osram Vitalux UV Glühbirne als UV Lampe. Auch antik. Heute würde Ich aber auch lieber eine normale Glühbirne einschrauben und die als Tischleuchte nutzen.

j'ai détourné une lampe du commerce, je l'ai modifié car le bouton marche arrêt était tout petit, au 220V et sur la coiffe en métal ! donc j'ai fait passé un câble dans le tube du corps, fait un corps plus petit, car la coupole est immense, c'était une lampe de salon, et j'ai baptisé le tout 'la lampe du commissaire' car elle est plus courte, elle va sur un bureau. :) *** I hijacked a commercial lamp, I modified it because the on/off button was very small, at 220V and on the metal cover! so I passed a cable through the tube of the body, made a smaller body, because the dome is huge, it was a living room lamp, and I called the whole thing 'the cop's lamp' because it is shorter, it fits on a desk. :)
