    How to fix barbell.I was trying to put in hole plate,but it's not fixing well when you move 🤔

    What is a purpose to do DL and RDL in these manner ? I don't see any reason to replace classics DL and RDL by this methode

    RDL’s hit the hamstrings more than conventional DL’s. Variations 👍
