In another phone first , First open Google assistant by pressing for 3 seconds on phone home button Then say "Google identify the song" And play dis tune from another phone Then Google give your list of three songs matching with this tune 😊, Jai shree Ram 😇🙏🏻.

Ok im gonna try this everyday- Day 1 - done, i see a very tiny change as its the first day do these for 5 minutes or 60 secs.

Well let's try this for a week and see the results NOTE : I am doing exercises too Day-1✅️ i only did 3 poses for 1 min each and i can feel the burn in my tighs(10 april 2024)

They dont really increase height, just straightens our spine so that we look little taller.
Can we do stretching right after yoga session?
How much time do we need for each one?

30 min minimum= 6 min each
Perhaps for prevention but those already obese are not able to do bow pose, downward dog or shoulder stands

Apki marzi... Apn pehle 10 sec ki liye try karke phir dhire dhire time ko bara sakte ho. Kiuki pehli nar ap 5-6 mnt tak kar nehi pao ge dhire dhire karna parega

Yoga not only losse your weight but also heal mental health. Yoga means not just asana. Yoga includes many steps mainly we follow asana, meditation ( dhyana), breathing exercises ( pranayama). But if you want to loss weight in faster rate yoga is bit slow process. But it has numerous times of positive effects on human body and mind. 🙂

You can practice Surya namaskar ( Sun salutation) during sunrise and sunset. It is said that Surya namaskar is the best exercise in the world. In ancient times Indian saints used to do 108 Surya namaskar in a day before going to dhyana phase along with intermittent fasting. 🙂

I would suggest simply go for skipping it reduces weight quickly.its my personal experience it takes less time and effective

Yoga is not circus or gymnastics bhagavath geetha says exactly what is yoga . Now so called yoga in KZreadrs have don't have much ideas about real yoga they think doing body flexibility is yoga but it's asanas it's very basic for yoga. the word yoga is most misused word on the world

Yoga is very crucial thing. Please follow your teacher fully. Each and everything like while doing yoga your thoughts, your breathing nd whatever a yoga master asks. Only then you can get complete result of yoga.
