This is a huge problem for so many people. The reason why it’s a problem is because when we worry so much about what other people are thinking about us, it consumes our thoughts and keeps us stuck, and keeps us in a state of paralysis.
For many of us, we can’t even think about what to do next because we’re so concerned about what family members or friends or neighbors or colleagues are going to think about us.
Does this sound familiar? Do you invest too much value into the opinions of other people?
The truth is, no matter what you do, or say, or how you act, or the decisions you make, people will always have an opinion of you. And if you put too much stock in that, then you’re going to allow other people’s opinions to not only control your actions and decisions, but oftentimes to even define you.
Here are some of the things you’ll learn after watching this video:
The harsh (but liberating) truth that people aren’t thinking about you as much as you think they are
How to recognize when you are placing more importance on what other people think of you, than what you think of yourself
The secret to setting your mind free of constantly trying to figure out what other people are thinking about you
Why you need to pay attention to what you’re judging yourself for
Why it’s important to let people be wrong about you
…and lots more!
I want you to imagine if it did not matter to you what other people thought. It truly had no effect on you, and it did not factor into your decisions in any way. What could you do? What could you achieve and become?
Just let that sink in for a minute…and then, I want you to let me know what came up for you. Did this give you an aha moment? Let me know in the comments!

It's good, to realise the freedom of not caring what other people think and just being all the wonderful, me.

    1. No. He does think of me since he commented. 2. Agree I need to value my own opinion more than his. I am too hard on myself and subconsciously expect perfection and feel I’m not good enough until I’m near perfect. Perfectionism is something to tackle. 3. No I can’t make up a story since he already commented. 4, There’s no way for me NOT to believe it when its repeated by everyone. Everyone knows what’s attractive and what’s not. Men love curves. How do I disbelieve that. 5. I like the Harry Potter analogy

Great! So helpful especially given my social anxiety.. Would appreciate if you could make a video on how to respond to people who criticise us or pass backhanded compliments on our face?
