My son has always enjoyed making meatballs with me, but occasionally I use the Italian style meatballs for subs. I just put them in the crockpot with sauce. I like mine open faced with Provolone in top of a garlic toasted bun. Happy Mother's Day!

Our favorite meatball recipe is meatball stuffed manicotti. I just stuff one or two meatballs into each cooked manicotti, place in marinara sauce, top with cheese and cook until heated through!

Love meatballs! The commercial ones contain something that gives me killer heartburn. Can't use them. But there is an alternative! ❤❤ I purchase my super lean ground beef when it's on sale. I mix that with ground turkey, chicken, chopped onions, seasonings, bake them, freeze them on a cookie sheet pan & bag them when frozen. Voila! Meatballs when you need them! ❤❤

OMG, I could just kiss you right now! Even though I always make homemade meatballs, whenever my hubby runs to the grocery store for me, he brings a bag of frozen meatballs home! They even make different kinds of meatballs Italian homestyle. This is such a creative idea. I know the kids will love these. You are always so thought-provoking. I did put pineapple chunks in there. Yummy! I didn't have sour cream but i had ranch dressing so i used it. Wow these are really great recipes. You really get us moms. We live in the country so we can't go out to eat so often. You make some meals so easy and fast. My family loves you. You are always welcome at our table. God bless you and your family

Yummy! I love using frozen meatballs as a quick dinner option and these look great. I’m thinking of cutting strips of corn tortillas and adding them to the enchilada casserole. I bet you could throw some of these in the crockpot, too.

My Swedish grandmother would have sautéed some onions while the butter is melting. Lots of flavor, minimal work for delicious Swedish meatballs.
