Wow Julia!! ❤❤❤❤ I am the wife of the exhausted ER doc. I just made the skillet chicken Alfredo. My husband loved it!!😍 (He’s not a fan of broccoli so I did an easy swap of frozen peas!) It’s just an amazing recipe. And…as a bonus…I used exactly ten lasagne noodles as you told us to do. And there are exactly ten noodles left in the box. So I can make it again! ❤❤

Sundays are my special foodie day and always start with Julia's uplifting videos and delightful personality. For decades, virtually everything I have made to eat has been an all-in-one item, like a stew or casserole or sandwich or salad, so her one pot meals are always right up my alley. In fact, I haven't even used a conventional stove or oven in many, many years because every hot item I make can be done in an electric cookpot, toaster oven or microwave. The last time I made a conventional meal with an entree and separate side dishes was about 9 years ago!

I love your recipes they are so good I will have to share some of the ones I had not seen with my daughter her remote work job had been combined in her company. So her at home base went from b5 days a week to only 2. She has a 3 hour commute again 3 days a week. Meals like these will save time and money Thank You!!!

Hi Julia, I love the recipes from this video! I have made one every day so far this week for dinner and they have all been a hit with the fam! Lots of flavour, so quick to put together with minimal dishes, affordable ingredients, and very tasty! Versatile too so you can add/subtract to suit what you like or have on hand. My favourite so far was the smoked sausage rice casserole. Tomorrow is going to be the ham and bean soup, can't wait! Thank you so much for sharing, you are helping so many people!!

Made the lemon chicken last night. Served my family of 4 big eaters. and two lunch portions. Very budget friendly and delicious. Around $1.50 per serving.

I have maybe 30 cookbooks but I love yours the most. As I am decluttering my hone yours will be one of the only ones I keep. I don't get home till 630 at night. I need to make dinner easy ,quick, affordable, and yummy. You made it happen.

Hi Julia! I made the Southwestern Black Bean skillet today! I had never cooked with orzo before so going in I was timid about it but this won’t be the last time I use it because this was fantastic!! I served with avocado, sour cream and cheddar cheese…wow this is my family’s new favorite and it’s meatless so this is a winner winner southwestern dinner❤😊😊 thank you for sharing ❤❤
