Congrats on 1,000 subs bro! I agree on all your points except #4. I haven’t had any issues with CarPlay disconnecting and I haven’t updated my navigation yet either, so that’s really weird.

@PolishBullitt Just trade your EN for the Ioniq 5 N when it becomes available, and I bet your channel will grow even faster. However, your driving enjoyment level might suffer a little as a result. Especially in regards to sound. The prototype drives have certainly been interesting to read.

@wbwayne8887 I know it’s always been about chasing next great thing in this youtube game, but honestly as cool as this car might be I wouldn’t trade my Elantra for it maybe my wifes car or something but personally I’m not into EV’s to much despite they are super fast. I guess I’m gonna have to wait for that 10k subs a little longer haha 😉

@PolishBullitt If nothing else it will expand the N community even more, and that could help your channel. ICE and BEV N cars coexisting together. 😂

I use brush car wash all the time I never had scratches or anything bad. They advertise soft brush and it seems to work well. Used them for my old car too no problems. They add ceramic coating to the car too with premium wash.

It depends what color you have some are more visible then others but they always scratch your car little bit so after time you have those love marks that you can see under the sun plus detergents they use makes your paint dull after time, but I know that not everybody is as crazy as I am checking their paint every day lol 😆

In regards to the CarPlay, I can send you the wireless adapter I bought. It works pretty well and I’ve had it for about four months. Also, have you checked your charging port? There might be some dust or other crap there that’s causing a loose connection.
@PolishBullitt

I think I’m gonna have to look into this wireless adapter, I checked ports and cleaned them but nothing changed, I’m driving a truck at the moment and it work perfectly so not really sure what’s going on with that 😒
I had issues from day 1 with my Veloster N's paint. It got scratched with a soft paper towel... there were scratches under the door handles from people test driving it as well.
@PolishBullitt

Oh man sorry to hear that brother 😞 did you try paint correction or something like that?
Never had problems with dct since I use one leg. You should only be using one leg for automatic and two leg for manual car. Left foot for the clutch only. Right foot is for brake and gas pedal. Whatever works for you tho as long as you are safe! Loving the car.
@PolishBullitt

In normal situation I agree just on leg driving, but if you are racing it’s a bit different story you do whatever you can to be faster haha 😉
My whole front splitter is chipped like crazy. Thankfully, the added on crap from the dealer was a paint protection plan for seven years.

Yeah it’s suck I have to check my papers cause I think I actually have some kind of protection plan with Hyundai 🤔 thanks for reminding me about that 💪😉
My N has a few chips and it’s only approaching 7k miles.. i just apply little bits of clear coat over each chip to try to prevent rusting

Going from stock wheels to Konigs, they absorb bumps much better (same tire size). Also there is nothing like washing your car w/ a pressure washer and a foam cannon. You should try it!

@PolishBullitt I believe that is actually a safety feature engineered into multiple cars. Some cars just show a warning on the instrument panel, indicating that both pedals are being pressed simultaneously. Some cut the power in order to accomplish the same task.
