My daughter lost her baby At 18 weeks utero from CMV virus she had to deliver Ava who had passed three weeks inside of her. We had a funeral and buried her on a January 10th. I was so surprised when you mentioned CMV disease because we have never heard of this virus before. My daughter just had an appointment with the mid wife yesterday and they discussed her blood work taken on the day she birthed Ava and she thinks my daughter has Hashimoto disease I was so surprised you mentioned all this. I’m so glad I came across this video.

@@debbieclark4056I have CMV also known as HCMV (Human Cytomegalovirus). My hospital asked if they could test me for it, while I was pregnant to see if they could put me in a study for women who contact it while pregnant. It can cause deafness. I already had it. The majority of people already do, so I don't think your daughter's doctor is correct. It might be some other medication they recommended.

The problem with probiotics postbiotics and prebiotics is your digestion. Oftentimes we don't consider the pH balance in our gut when digesting our food especially when the gallbladder has been removed. An incorrect balance of digestive enzymes, bile salts, and HCL has a tendency to throw off your guts ability to keep probiotics alive. Too alkaline or too acidic and the probiotics will not thrive. Cancer loves acid. Much of the time the liver is the contributing factor. The reason you lost the gallbladder in the first place was a liver issue. So to heal the gut it takes far more than just probiotics. Probiotics are the seeds but you have to make sure your soil will nourish them.

When you say reverse hashimotos, do you mean become stable on the amount of thyroid medication you need, or no longer have any antibodies, or no longer have symptoms? Or do you mean completely reverse it to the point you no longer have hypothyroidism? I have chronic Lyme disease ebv and cmv and even after years of treatment my levels have not budged. I will say my symptoms have improved but not completely and I still have a lot of limitations in what I can do and eat.

Stress manifests as a physical ailment in the body. When yiur under constant threat your body stops digesting food and when your not getting the nutrients illness follows. Gut mind connection .

Ick. Hate mushrooms. Guess I need to hide them in recipes or learn to like them.

you can take it in pills or extracts, even some of Dr. Axes supplements include mushroom extracts in them. But also be conscious about your body because if you don't like them it could be you don't need them. doing things to strengthen the mind body connection like conscious breathwork helped me to strengthen that connection for myself, so not I am drawn to things like foods or supplements I need intuitively . Its different for everyone, you have to find what works for you

Hi dr josh axe what if you have a thyroid problem Issue from a child Due to an accident And have been on medication ever since Can it be fixed The same way as you are discussing it today in your thyroid 5 Steps You repeat

This info is great, but how do you go about finding the exacts of what to do to fix it. We live in a small town and none of the Dr. here have a clue beyond pills. Seems like unless you're one of the lucky few to have Dr. Are near them, you are left to figure it out all on your own. Sure you can do some changes with this video, but like you said you can't completely heal until you have all the key components. Just feeling a little lost, with no one to really help guide.

I’d rather eat liver than the meythl supplements . Methyl gives me heart palpitations. Took me years to get my vit D up as gp said no more than 2000 . Started 5000 a levels went up within a couple months .

Have had thyroid problem for alimony 30 years. Was told by health dr around 15 years of it I’d never be able to get off meds. Thyroid is used to it. I’m on NP thyroid the most natural, no gluten or dairy and supplements natural to help support thyroid. Question… is it really too late to get off??? When I go off meds for a month I feel great tho then get sluggish due to meds coming out of body🤷🏼‍♀️
