These are great but I have sciatica nerve issues. Some of these would aggravate it. Especially the 2nd to last one. Is there something else you would recommend?

Great video. My back hurts each side just above my iliac crest area. Must be from limping due to me having drop foot after the knee replacement. What could cause the drop foot? Tourniquet during surgery? Nerve irritation?
