The way of explaining about how to get rid of bad communications skills and confidence.... you have changed my life i have got alot to being a confident and to speak up anything fearlessly without any hesistation ..... Such a great honour to being a part of skillopedia and to emerging inner confidence day by day ...thank you so much neharika mam !! 😋

Why is it that I tend to be so extroverted around ppl I know but am all shy or nervous around those I don't know? I am actually classified as a loud mouth amongst my friends and family. I generally have no problem speaking my mind but sometimes, a new person enters the picture and I become reserved. Like I don't want them to know who I am. And then I also get very quiet and sweaty in situations when I know there are gonna be a bunch of ppl I don't know at a gathering of friends. It's weird bcuz I can go to a bar or restaurant, play pool, whatever and be fine around perfect strangers. I'm really outgoing but just sometimes, I anxious and I don't know why.

GlamRockGirl 420 I can identify to your character issue. I think it's just natural to feel that way especially with strangers. Maybe you just need a shaking excercise :) I personally have been experiencing the same thing. Well, to me it's because of the environmental factors like "the strange things that strange people may do to me " out of my consciousness. But it's fine and it's manageable. Sometimes that strange feeling is a calling for us to express ourselves more. Maybe you need to improve that part. When my mind speaks so negatively I try to speak out positively, repeatedly until that negative situation in my mind get destroyed by my positive mind. :) I hope this helps..
