Psych2Go Ummm I guess just try to remind yourself that’s it’s super irrational and impossible to make everybody like you! If they don’t- that’s not a reflection of you- it’s a reflection of them. And it won’t be the end of you if that’s how they feel! Worry about the opinions of important people in your life that you respect- like your friends and family :) Also if you catch yourself thinking negatively, for example “i hate myself, i’m so stupid” combat it with a positive thought right afterwards so that you don’t spiral and beat yourself up. Say “No- I love myself and I love that I can sing, dance, etc” and then distract yourself :) Another quote I like is “Your mind will always believe everything you tell it. Feed it faith. Feed it truth. Feed it with love” ❤️ Edit: Also be patient with yourself!! finding confidence/courage takes a bit of time and that’s ok. Just do your best everyday and you’ll get there

People love it when you're vulnerable. The things that you don't like about yourself are usually loved by others. The fact that you're not perfect makes you more relatable and less intimidating. Embrace the imperfections. I realize there's a large difference between just saying that and internalizing. I urge you to constantly try to internalize more and more every day. Our imperfections don't set us apart. They bind us together.

Nope... can't do it. Hiding it is like being afraid or sorry I'm me. Nope, you just need to use that to fuel your anger and complete your path to the dark side, once you're hate able nobody will abuse your likeable traits ever again. Being a good person, being likeable? It's not all it's cut out to be, the World doesn't accept it so you shouldn't continue to do what the World wants, revolt against this cycle of lying and fuel your motivation and want to succeed with anger. Who needs other people when you're the best? Who needs to suffer when you're at the top?
