great video! i was just wondering, how did you get the post-fader echo out effect going on the AMX? That was pretty sweet! i always had to do it on my laptop. Did you have to map the buttons, as i noticed u hit on the cue button. Thanks and keep it going!

Hello Turntable Institute, Question: my computer isn’t capable of running Serato DJ pro because of processor minimum requirements. Serato DJ pro says it needs I core 3,5,7.Im still using an older Mac that uses duo core. Because of this I’m still behind and Iam using Serato DJ 1.7 . I’m trying to use my Akai AMX pro mixer which is Serato DJ pro good to go, but since I’m still using Serato 1.7 the mixer works fine using the midi stuff like eq, fader, filter, play, cue Etc but I can’t find a way to plug and play my technics dvs. I’ve seen many older videos on KZread where this is capable, but the login in to “my Serato” won’t let me activate an older version that’s not “pro” can u help me? I really need to use technics with this mixer. Plz help

Did you map the fx on it?

Cross Fader strong for me or not ?!

No complaints with mine except for no mic input, but I route mine thru a 4 ch. mic mixer to solve that issue.
