You could invest in stocks, start a side business, or focus on advancing your career. It's important to set goals and make a plan. Remember, wealth can mean different things to different people, One thing i can say that helped me in life to reach my first million was starting early, i got curious and informed i became open to passive income, investments in equities , etfs and the likes. also sought help to handle my portfolio which was my foundation. i'm ever grateful to Anna Rounds Fay my FA.

Not to throw a monkey wrench into your plans but too often many small businesses promote the best worker to management and they fail. You have to realize that management and being a rockstar worker are completely different skillsets. This can easily become an issue with resentment and falling productivity for the group.
Outstanding value as usual!!

This whole video made me make my own illustration of passive income from Chris’s white board. but just to keep things simple, in order to buy more time it would be better to slip “connections” in the equation aswell, in order to leverage your business and get dat extra time, when you grow you need skilled people who you can trust to deal your issues and also they can trust you so that way there would be a win-win. I’m still learning alot from you and other finance/business channels so thank you🙏🙏🙏

Something I like about Chris Do is that he teach us and show that a designer can also have sales skills and not just do design. Making it possible to increase how much we can get for our services and products. Sadly in my country, Portugal, Design isn't seen as something serious ike enginnering. Getting a decent job and salary in this field is very hard for now. Hopefully it will change.

Regarding "you're leaving and taking clients with you," we usually have an NDA that prevents such behaviour. In such a situation, you can pay a fine or wait (up to one year) ...but no client will wait that long for you, no matter how good you are.

You’re very welcome
Just to build on some information in the video (which is great by the way). The reason a stock goes up over the long term is based on its opportunity for growth and generating additional revenue. Over the short term (1-12 months roughly, but sometimes longer) the stock market is a voting machine. Generally the reason a stock goes up and down over the long term is based on the financial health and prospects of the business itself. So this is why tech stocks are volatile. It is easier for them to take advantage of new opportunities due to there being low barriers to enter new markets and such. I'm studied this personally and it made a huge difference to my investments and returns since making this shift in my strategies, so hopefully this can help others to invest better in future too.
