Great double-stick tutorial!!! I can't say enough about the speed, power and coordination that you develop from these five drills. Not only do they look artistic and beautiful, but they all have a VERY PRACTICAL application; hence, martial-ART!!! Time to get practicing, thanks!

These patterns or "weaves" suit 2 stick, but I prefer single stick if starting learning those legendary bolo forms. Technique number 5 here taught a new context of the 'Yart' for me. That's way cool.

There are a lot of instructors teaching Kali. Before looking for an instructor, you need to first decide why you want to learn Kali, is it for demonstration purposes, learn the art or you want the practical self-defense of it. Knowing your purpose in learning Kali will help you decide which instructor to approach. I teach Kali to security professionals, those who work as close in security and bodyguards.
