I've been suffering from depression and lots of irritability n others things like anxiety. My boyfriend recommended I try yoga and I actually kinda tried but I gave up the first time n laughed at myself 😅 But I came back to give it another chance and found just the right video for me!! I haven't felt this calm in a while and I actually felt like myself again! I'm going to try n memorize these so I can add some relaxing music to it and just slowly drift off somewhere to my happier place. Thank you so much for this hun.. words cannot even explain the amount of joy & peace this video has somehow brought me ❤✨ & THANK U LORD

it’s clear that a few ppl only watched this video for one reason and let me just say the most “beautiful” thing in this video is the peacefulness and your grace, not your figure. the true “art” is the way you use yoga for healing. it’s a shame that isn’t the focus for some ppl.

I did this session on my bed feeling bad because I was too tired to bring my mat, standing up and practice... BUUUUUUT in the middle of the sesh you said "if you're in bed" and I was SO relieved I wasn't cheating on myself or doing less for the session. 🥹🩵
It’s 6am and I just tried this two minutes ago because a friend told me it works well with waking you up, and I can definitely feel a difference!! Now I think I’m going to do yoga every morning! I don’t know how I didn’t do this until now!

I finally found my favorite morning flow! I've been doing this every morning for about a month now, just enough movement without too much effort. Wakes me right up without feeling over energized. Hope to see more videos from you!

This has been fantastic, it’s just the perfect level for me especially for the morning when I usually find it very hard to make extra time for anything. Hence the 5 minutes are really ideal. This honestly will always be my favourite morning yoga when I’m short on time It touches all the places from head to toe in such a gentle release from a long nights sleep! Will always come back to this one

this is SO great for me i have been looking for a short stretch and relaxing video and they were all 10-15 minutes until this one which is great for me because i wanna do it every morning but dont have enough time for a LONG video the vibes are also super nice and calming so THANK YOU SO MUCH

Thank you for keeping this video! It's seriously the best morning video. I do it under a blanket and it's great when you are so tired or to sore to move or feel like you possibly cannot move. Lol! I'd love to see a longer version of a class you can do under a blanket that's super gentle. In the mornings I'm so exhausted before work or so sore from the gym, this video is the opener to my day! Tyvm for posting your videos. I've been doing them every morning. It really helps to loosen up and get my circulation going. It's a relaxing workout for me since I can't do anything too vigorous. I love the music and your voice also is calming. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic video! I like these videos that go right into the movements and no talking. The description of the movements and instructions are narrated. No unnecessary talking or getting off topic, it keeps you really focused. The only issue is the calming soothing voice makes me sleepy. I could use it as an ASMR replacement.
