I'm trying to recover from depression, that has torn me out of all my lovely daily rituals, including doing bedtime yoga. And this was my first yoga session after half a year. Thank you 💕 This video is just 5 minutes, but my body feels incredible indeed

Same. I’m in the same boat. Half way through this I was in my favorite pose (child’s pose) and I just started sobbing. Cuz I’ve been neglecting my body for so long now. I’m stiff and everything hurts. And my mind is suffering as well. It was so nice to just get back into my body for a minute and to feel like me for a second.

unrelated but I felt the need to comment it, your name is so pretty. i hope you’re doing well. I’m in a similar situation. it takes a lot of effort to start trying, but I’m glad we got there. I’m proud of you
I'm a student that wakes up everyday at 6 and I always have morning grogginess but integrating this morning yoga routine has helped me feel fresher just by waking up 5 minutes earlier.

I am a student. I am diagnosed with serious depression. I am overweight and dealing with lots of problems right now. I want to change my life and improve it. This is the first step I take to overcome the horrible mess of my life. I wake up every morning at 5 am and do this Yoga with meditation + workout. This is now my daily morning ritual. I successfully lost some weight + my mental health improved. This really works. I don't know who needs to hear this but we go through it. Love. :)

I decided to start doing yoga everyday as a morning routine. This is my first session. Thank you 🫶🏽
My body feels so stiff after studying for long hours. So i am doing these 5 min stretches during my small breaks. And i indeed feel incredible and relaxed after doing this. Thank you so much for sharing ❤

I’m a nurse working 12 hours shifts and decided to start doing this before work at 5am. It’s really helped me get out of bed and physically/mentally prepare myself for the day!

Hi! I just wanted to thank you for doing these short 5 minute yoga stretches. I've tried to start doing yoga several times, but I feel so intimidated by long sessions. However with these kind of videos it's so easy and feel so good that I want to do it even through the day, not only in the morning. Thank you again

Update 1 - I love this so much. It has been only few days and I find myself feeling better, more productive and stronger. Thank you ❤ Update 2- I just woke up and did this immediately. This felt so easy and after i did it i immediately feel more fresh and energetic. Have tried doing yoga in the past but all seem too complicated for a beginner. I feel I will be able to commit to this and i am excited to continue doing this every day. Thank you! ❤️✨

I do it every night before bedtime. As I was looking at the screen in my work for whole day, my body feel muscular tension and this 5 min yoga make me feel relax. I really love it❤.
This is one of the BEST Yoga’s I’ve ever done, it’s so rejuvenating and reinvigorating. Love every moment of it. My favorites are; the clicks & ticks and the gentle organic sways! Beautiful 🎀

after i finished this simple meditation for the first time i started crying uncontrollably. i have struggled immensely with depression anxiety and many other illnessess that have kept me from many things. to be able to move freely in a way that opened my body and mind up to the day am something im so grateful for. thank you for making this video. i will keep coming back to it daily on my new journey ❤❤

Excellent stretches in the morning
I’ve been hearing that doing yoga in the morning is really beneficial so this is my first day that I did it and I feel pretty good
I work in retail 6 hours 6 days a week and sometimes 8 hours and my body and muscles feel so tired. I have decided to move my body some way everyday, so I chose yoga. Doing this helped a lot! 🤍
