I do bedtime yoga when I feel too tired or lazy to do more intense yoga. I’ve always been doing it everyday because I’m trying to build consistency in my life

Thanks for this super manageable bedtime yoga. I agree with the others below. At just five minutes, I can add this in before bed to help me fall asleep and sleep more soundly. By the way your voice is so calming! Your backdrop, plants, table, and soft rug create a relaxing background. I think your videos would be great outside too. Thanks for making these videos!

Im trying yoga to get a less stiff body and when i also saw it would for insomnia, i immediately knew i had to try this. I’ll update once im done! Update: I just realized how incredibly bad i am at yoga😂 But it was amazing. I feel so chilled out and sleepy now. I’ll try this regularly to get better and on the nights that i feel anxious
