I can’t sleep at all, it’s 2am and I’ve been suffering with insomnia lately so I’m gonna make use of these videos and hopefully make a positive out of a negative 💪🏻 😂

Love these core HIIT sessions after a run - killing it, Joe
Ive started this and am doing it every day ,following week 6 mins every day and so on ,as its achievable to me and il keep it up!Loving being on the PLAN and still hate burpees, but can't love everything! Thanks Joe for these.

This is a good short workout. Goes well with my cardio session days. Can really feel that I've worked the stomach muscles

i love your body form as it is just right for an average like like myself.. unlike those bulky big heavy muscles which is too big for me.... besides you show simple steps and exercises to which i can easily follow which im doing now....
Thanks for the short ab workouts. I have been doing them a few times a week for a couple of weeks and it is really is improving core stability.

Thanks Joe. Not loving today, so took the bike out for an hour, and felt all energised so did a 20 min weighted HIIT from the app and then this abs session. I think that's my workout sorted for the day.

Kettle bell workout
Wow. I literally have just learnt that breathing is everything when it comes to abs I'm such a fitness fanatic and in isolation have been looking at loads of different little workouts to tag onto bigger sessions. The breathing has changed the game.... wow. Will be training abs this way now forever- thank you!

5:50 "It's not going to burn a lot of calories, it's not going to burn much fat..." Damnit Joe, why can you never lie to me when I need you to!? :D Love this 5 minutes ab workout though, I often use it as a little top up after bigger stuff (today done after kettlebell, 20 cardio HIIT, as well as a 9 mile hike earlier).
Would love you to do some short bodyweight chest workouts like this!

I made it to 2:37 but then I had to stop for a nap. My ambition is to able to watch all the way to the end without getting tired and then move on to doing the actual exercises.

Just starting, but imma say start once a day, when you see you can handle that, do another set. Repeat. And most importantly, dont stop when you see progress, but keep going to stay in shape. (I'd imagine this would take somewhere a bit under a month but idk)
